    In my road, we all clap, but the demonstrably virtue signalingest of all, the one who leads three cheers for the NHS at the end, who goes around and gees everyone on (from more than 2m), who films and puts it on social media- he voted Tory and Brexit.

    How about we all elect a government who don't undermine the institution and agree to pay a tiny bit more tax to fund our health service and back the people who work for it?

    The image is a fake, the text on the placard has been doctored from the original; the original said "GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH", by ignoring the restrictions she may well get her second wish or possibly someone else in her family but it will of course be someone else's fault.
