4/5 changes isn't a problem in my opinion (I wouldn't consider that "wholesale"), but some are suggesting replacing almost the entire starting 11 which for me isn't the way to go.
Probably because he has experienced so much trauma through witnessing the incident, he is now experiencing a mental detachment?
Gracia to pick same starting 11 as he has all 3 games, forum melt down as we lose Pereyra Kabasele and Doucoure to the medical team until Christmas. Also Reading go through on pens after a dull 0-0
Get your point but goal difference matters in the league. Play our shadow 11 against Spurs and Man Utd then we might as well kiss goodbye any chance of maintaining a decent goal difference. That could then play a huge role “IF” we end up in a relegation battle at the end of the season. The way United are playing at the moment I fancy our chances of getting something against them. Also Spurs will probably take us lightly again this season, but where we have failed in the past, I don’t think getting a point against them is unrealistic.
Seeing as we re not in Europe this season we re only on for the treble so I expect a good team for this.
Hopefully we ll see Quinoa start as we not seen anything of him yet. Is he alive or even have a pulse ?
Looking forward to this. Should be fun. Taking my 9 yo daughter (as well as son who is already a proper supporter) - hoping she will catch the bug!
2-0 Reading. History tells us our 2nd team wont be good enough. I would not want any of the players that played in the Premiership starting this anyway even if it means playing Success as a lone striker.
It's a game that promises wall to wall hilarity, calamity and some other 'ities' I can't quite think of.
Steve, I'm somewhat shocked at your immaturity and unreconstructed sexism. Without question it's spelt 'titties' btw.
Fancy giving this a decent go this year, with a fair wind we have as much chance of going far as anyone. I don't know about anyone else, but I was very disappointed when we got bundled out last year. I fully expected us to have a great season, though I had no idea of the turmoil that was ahead of us then!
