I believe it's going to be the new school. Will be nothing compared to the disruption caused when they start boring the chalk out for HS2. Yes. Easy target. Karnezis did sign though. Pleasantly surprised that no-one attempted to hijack this deal (that we know of). Kudos to all parties for not dragging it out; the longer Gracia has to work with key players like Gerard the better.
