Judging by comments, had a poor time at Inter, so we'd have to rejuvenate him, but there's obviously a very decent player in there. Another wait and see one.
My take on it is this...the defensive midfielder is the unheraled role in the team, the dirty and unglamorous role, if done well it's often the one you don't notice. You can probably count on one hand the number of defensive midfielders in the PL last season that people raved about..Matic springs to mind, but who else? Fans fora are usually taken up raving about goal-scoring strikers, creative mids, flashy wingers, even heroic keepers. I don't think yet we're actually been linked with a defensive midfielder who fans of the proposed selling clubs have actually real rated, but in my opinion it's probably for those reasons. I know little about this guy in truth, but that's a very decent CV and the sort of experience that can only help us in what's going to be a very tough season.

I read that as a done deal between Inter and us. It says Kuzmanovic is the next engagement meaning that contract negotiations will start now maybe? Not believing anything until the club announces it!
For us to be signing a player of this calibre I have no doubt we will be very competitive next season! Perrotti and Kuzmanovic!
Man Utd fans probably said Diego Forlan was shyte, but he did pretty well when he moved. Forest fans probably said King was shyte, look how that turned out. West Brom and Wigan fans actually had something nice to say about Ellington...... My point here is that most football fans are deluded.
Not complaining, our big midfield signing last time we got promoted was Damien Francis. Don't care what Inter fans say really, I'll make my own mind up about him when I see him. They've been spoilt with centre midfielders over the years too.
Little point in making judgements before I've seen him play, he could turn out to be great for us, but the pretty unanimous disdain towards him from Inter fans is slightly concerning.

To be honest you can't afford one mistake before the Italian fans are on your back. Especially the fans of the so called bigger clubs. It's ok if they're winning after 20 minutes. If they aint you can feel the atmosphere change around you.
All Swiss midfield with him and Abdi. Kuzmanovic to do the dirty work, Abdi to do the pretty attacking stuff. Good cop bad cop.
I'd say, with about 100% confidence, that they have some of the best contacts going in Serie A, maybe even Italian football in general.
