Has anyone come across that fast moving reel of convicted rioters mugshots online? I'd like to see it again and would appreciate a link.
That's really good You can have your echo chamber then No alternative opinions allowed We could call it the JJ chamber after a tv presenter currently on gardening leave who held such lovely opinions but beneath the thin veneer . Not very nice . Go ahead .Ban my opinion .
I never once suggested you cannot have an opinion. Of course you can. An issue arose when you were constantly baiting other forum users to get into arguments with you. That's not a debate. People can disagree and agree with each others point of view, it's how you go about it.
Tune in next week, folks, for more insights and wisdom from Davy as he relaxes on the floor of his local Wetherspoons
No . But you defended someone , after I went after them , who wanted to see people banned for expressing an opinion . That is not acceptable. You are guilty by association. Don't come after me is my best advice. Because the pile on toe rags will drop you right in it .
It also amuses me that when others who had received a ban , who I may or may not agree with politically, and when I spoke up for them , none of the self righteousness mob called me a drunk . I sleep at night .
Incorrect again. I didn't defend one poster I simply said it was not right for you to exclaim people you did not know had background checks. Which I was correct in pointing out after a post was reported to the moderation team. I said you can debate as much as you like as long as things do not get personal - which is stated in the forum rules and guidelines at the top of the main home page which you are welcome to look over. People do not get banned or suspended for no reason, they get suspended or banned for repeatedly breaking forum rules. There is no evidence anyone has done this on a consistent basis since the last member was banned. However, what you are trying to do is bait people into an argument so (as you said) everyone piles in and causes a row (as evidence I point to your Alexa posts which was simply a lead to get people to bite). I will state this again - you can post and debate but please do not make things personal/insulting/bullying.
Fair enough but when posters make a post , get called out on it , then delete the post then at best it is cowardice and at worst a disgrace.
If you punctuate correctly, putting the space after the comma, like this, rather than before the comma, you won't have punctuation marks floating in space and your posts won't look so amateurish.
I see the Northampton childminder / wife of Tory councillor has pleaded guilty. She'll be sentenced later this month. Interestingly husband gives a media interview on the court steps saying (according to the BBC): Yet the CPS statement after the hearing says: Until her husband recognises she's been radicalised, it's clear all she regrets is being caught and publicly shamed.
What an absolute disgrace she is. Any chance the Tory Party will reflect on how its members got so radicalised they wanted people burned alive?
Fair point. Can we presume her at least a supporter, given her husband’s role? Failing that conservatives in the widest sense?
This Country, vol 376. Mother of 12 year old in court for riot offences criticised by judge (who adjourned proceedings) for going to Ibiza rather than attend his hearing. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/clynp35n353o
For going out on the counter protest in our locale (where the fascists failed to show), I came out in the local paper. From behind like, but you could tell it was me. Our boss put the photo on the WhatsApp group and said; "Evening all! Looks like a good turn out for the unity rally today! Shout out to @Clive supporting the cause! " and a little hands clapping emoji. I was holding a socialist shirker sign saying "Smash fascism and racism". The boss is Chinese heritage, so I suppose that explains it. But I thought I'd seen 'bout everythin' but now I've seen a boss celebrate me for holding up a socialist sign.
You wonder why there were so many adolescents caught up in the rioting, then you see stories like this and it's obvious https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/clynp35n353o
If the mum is that bothered about her kid then it's no wonder he's eneded up the way he has. Saying that, the age of criminal responisbility in the UK is 10. As long as a responsible guardian is present and there is correct legal defence why didn't it just go ahead. Can't see that the mum being there would make any difference? Not sure she would offer any decent emotional support.
Of course not . But not everyone had an education paid for by their parents so that they could belittle those that they claim to support ? Tozzer.
TBF, that level of education was provided for everyone 100% free, so I don’t think the class warrior card can be played on this one.
I never went to private school. You're just lazy. Read a book, or a newspaper, or a magazine, and see how it's done. It's not some arcane secret known only to the monied elite.
