The fact he's scoring goals like this in the League Two equivalent Danish league is proof beyond all reasonable doubt that we should have kept him, given him a new 10 year deal, the captaincy, the head coach job and the keys to the town.

TC doesn't rate him and I doubt these goals will change his mind. I'd imagine if Brondby offer a chance to recoup our £1m(?) Gino and TC would bite their hand off.

The only question worth answering is "did we strengthen or weaken our squad by swapping Rajovic for Jebbison?"

And the answer is clear. Obviously in hindsight it was a bad decision however I don't think anyone could've predicted that Jebbison would be quite so awful. He reminds me of when you have an American celebrity on SoccerAid and they run on the pitch fully kitted out but don't really understand what football is and have never kicked a ball before.

I can see us selling for £2m and then spending the same on a "Jebbison-like" replacement who is equally poor as a player and doesn't score goals.

 

I believe Brondby have just got a new manager and won Sunday's quarter final match. They only have to wait until April to play the Semi's. But I've not seen anything in the press tbh. From the look and sound of it he wants to play a dynamic 4-3-3 and can't see how he'd fit that system. Anyways he was suspended for Sunday's game, maybe that's why they scored 4.

I hear from a source that Rajovic is back training with us. Surest sign yet that we are about to terminate his Brondby loan in January.

The club has already said that he is only back because Brondby are on a mid season break, and he is just training with us to keep fit.

And that he will be returning to Brondby for the rest of the season, when the break is over.
