The thing I like the most there is how comfortable he is dribbling and shooting with both feet - it's a real benefit for an attacking player to be able to take a defender on down both sides.
Isn't he more of a CF? Seems his creative stats eg passing and dribbling aren't all that, but he's good at finding room to get shots away.
Think we used him as a CF in the academy and he's played some mins for York there this season, but he's mostly been used out-wide during his loan
Hungbo looked much more lively for Ross County in the Scottish Premiership than he ever has for us, or for most of his time at Huddersfield tbf, not knocking Pollock, who might develop to a Championship level defender in the future (OK he's always going to be limited by his lack of pace, but he is really young), but for now, there is a gap between Scottish Premiership level and Championship level
He makes finishing look effortless (despite the awful build up to the goal). He's started the last 2 in a row now which has only happened one other time this season. Really want him to nail down that starting position and still maintain a decent scoring record for the rest of the season.

Pollock hasn't conceded for 6 games (Aberdeen have only conceded once in that time when Pollock was off injured), since they played Celtic in February
I think a back 3 could probably end up working, we just need a defender with some pace who can actually pass without being a liability. Doesn't even really have to be that good at defending, even.
Intrigued by Shaq Forde. A lot of our great big hopes from the academy have been strikers that have smashed it in age group football but either couldn't get in the team or couldn't score in senior football. He seems the opposite, don't remember him ever being particularly prolific for the academy but he's got nine for a struggling York in the National League at the rate of a goal every 140 odd minutes. Would like to think we'll take a look at him in pre season and has an outside chance of being in the squad (depending on what our ambitions are for next season).
Never know I guess - certainly worth a go. York fans seemed a bit mixed with their views on him going by the comments posted here earlier .
Yeah saw those. Can work on other stuff but sticking the ball in the back of the net regularly in senior football was beyond those other academy strikers and you can't teach that!
Now your guess is as good as mine, but we have Bayo contracted to next season, and possibly Assombalonga, who are two players who haven't looked out of place as squad players, in an ideal world, we'll get a main striker in, which would kind of leave Forde redundant as a squad player, I'd loan him to L2, possibly L1 and see how he fares with a view to getting him in the squad the next season

The article says they'll have to pay another €2m if they want to make it a permanent deal. They've already paid €900k to borrow him for half a season.
According to the Watford blurb there is a further fee to make perm. It says option so that would usually require a further fee or clauses
Seems unlikely considering he's not been a regular, but I suppose €900k for half a season is a good deal for us. Think we'll struggle to find someone who wants him enough to pay in the region of €2m for him, but I wouldn't mind having him back
