Including Martins in this, Lewis would be our 5th signing of the season and all five will have previously played in the Championship. There will be many debates for sure about the quality of these signings but at least all of them know the league and hopefully that’s worth something, We can also add Ismaël and Whitehead to this too. I’m hoping that, if little else, we can be more league savvy this season.
This is an excellent signing. The best by a long way in this window. Home grown, decent age, good player at Championship level and we have an option not an obligation to buy, if it all works out. What’s not to like about this.
