We’re supposedly interested in Colombia u20 star Gustavo Puerta, along with Brighton.

Not surprised given how active we are in the Colombian market. He has impressed at the U20 Sudamericano, with two assists in the most recent match.

2nd division side, so would imagine this would be another cheap low risk punt like we did with Hurtado.

 

Given how far off Asprilla is to the end product this can’t be to sort an immediate need. But supposedly he ran the show in their most recent game at the Sudamericano. If Brighton are interested we could easily get priced out though.

 

Tough choice for the lad.

 

Could be a story for the Sun in that one .

Seems like he’s been one of the standouts in the tournament. If he was of interest before (which I reckon he was) he’s probably headed to bigger things now.

The Bundesliga does a brilliant job of developing young players. Unless a team (certainly not us) is coming in with an amazing offer, as a young player, you'd want that league over the Championship 11 times out of 10.
