I don't think people are upset by it. I think it's just funny that he went from deleting it to apologising, then saying it was a hacker and then straight up deleting everything.

I think (bizarrely) some people are upset by it. People have said it affects our image as a Family Club, that he should be sacked for it, and that it somehow has an impact of is a reflection on his ability to do his job.

He's done an absolutely bang average (at best) job since his been here, but this is an irrelevance, and no one will give a **** about it once something interesting actually happens, like us winning a game of football, or signing someone half decent.

 

Can he really hold out in his position for that length of time, though?

 

They seem to be, even somehow ending up at that the conclusion that there’s a link between the accidental post and the fact he’s rubbish at his job. He IS an old fool for not being more tech savvy and not taking time with his apology & he IS in need of some good signing and he has been very underwhelming as a DOF so far but the two are not related let’s be real here.

 

Agree. Who cares about this? Just sack him for his poor core performance.

It’s just quite funny really, I find the outrage about it being discussed really quite odd, do you really think it wouldn’t have been discussed? A bit like people getting annoyed about past players scoring for new clubs being mentioned. Just don’t go in the relevant threads if you’re so dead set against reading any sort of comment being made about it. It’s pretty obvious what this thread and those thread are going to contain, it’s like people go out of their way to get annoyed about stuff and completely miss the irony about how wound up they’re getting about it. It’s just bizarre to think it won’t be discussed, so just stay out of the thread if you don’t want to discuss it.

When I saw this thread had been updated, I was hoping to see he'd been sacked or at the very least another butterfly photo. This was very disappointing.

 

He walked past me last night alongside someone I didn't recognise. I really wanted to tear into him over Mogi and others but he's like 9ft tall and we'd just won...so I gave him the thumbs up. FFS. It's like complimenting the chef after your cold soup had a fly in it.
