Rules sounded pretty simple and almost same as FPL until I got to the Boosts section. Soooo many different boosts. No idea how to manage them all. An example of how to overcomplicate something that should be kept relatively simple.
Can someone post the code here in text? I’ve played this the last two years and it’s a lot of fun. Willock will be a great pick across the season but I believe he’s injured to begin with.

Best bit of advice for the newbies to Gaffr is to have a look at the bonus point perks. Some gems in there. Also keep an eye on the cutoff for games as the Friday night Sky game often means an early start on getting teams set up. It's a good league set up. They do a Champions League one too during the year and a Championship Manager one based on 2001 is currently running too.
Good use of the away day chip helped that score especially with Maatsen, Wallace and Weimann all scoring big points. Just hope when I use that boost my players do that well.
Yeah the away day boost is a good one especially in a double game week. That's when I use it on the rare time it's 2 away games
Was tempted to captain one of my Sheffield United players tonight. Glad I didn't now. Transferring Fleck out who's apparently got a leg fracture!
I made Sander Berge vice captain and he did nothing so that was a bonus. I appear to be doing better at the Championship version than the PL one this year even though I have no idea who half the players are.
I don't get the need for an emergency captain. I mean, if you're so bad that both your captain and vice captain don't play you don't deserve a 3rd option!
I've kinda given up on this. Missed a couple of weeks updates here and there and can't really be bothered to keep up now.
