Can I change mine to @wfcmoog please ? Given I’m him anyway, it just makes it easier.

I'd like to change my user name but I can't see how to do a PM. (I can use a slide rule, but some of this new fangled stuff ....) Please help.

I chose Otter because when I joined the forum in 2014, we'd re-signed Vydra which translates to "Otter". My avatar was of him for many years after he left, however when I was in Devon on holiday in 2020 the hotel bar had Otter brewery beer towels on the bar I took a picture and used that one since.

 

Yeah I wished I had really. I can't recall why I didn't.

 

Can't stand my username, panicked when I signed up and just went for the most ludicrous of all Pozzo transfers with the hapless guy we loaned out despite having him on loan ourselves. Although these days it seems most people refer to me as SLB. I only hope that the real Steve Leo Beleck occasionally googles himself and is confused as to why he's always commenting on this forum.

My avatar was Craig Ramage for a long time but changed it when he made the comments about Derby's black players.

Got a taxi in Derby years ago and talked to the driver about football and mentioned Watford. Said he'd had Ramage and 2 women in his cab one night, absolutely plastered. Ramage spent the entire journey telling the driver in graphic detail what he was going to do to them.

 

Ramage was one of the few players you could enjoy watching in the mid-90s, but it speaks volumes that he didn't last once GT returned.

 

It was either this or Cassetti's Pubes.

 

My name is ok I suppose, things were different in 2006 for sure, but my actual name funnily enough has always been the same, hence the 'Stu' part.

I'm not so sure now the years have past how accurate 'forum cad and bounder' is now, but I like that bit of it.

Mine was because @PotGuy was very active here every day when I was younger and I wanted to see what the fuss was about. Because my imagination is about as far reaching as Choudhury's passing range I decided to use one of his Usernames on some older games he used to play on. The fun of being the youngest sibling.

I'm happy with it.

Mines pretty unoriginal if you know my real life name (which I don't really hide online anyway). My username came from my school login which was simply your surname and then first initial. Was stuck thinking up a username for a site one day and that popped into my head. Felt it was pretty original so stuck with it. Now been my username for most forums/games etc for the best part of 20 years!

 

In the move from Gloryhorns I just kept the tag... have no idea if I know any of the usual suspects on here still
