Foster-Has entertained us superbly with his videos.
Some excellent saves with the odd error and some awful kicking.
    7/10
Bachman-Who knows.Sooner or later needs a chance or time to move him on 5/10
Ngakia-A real plus point for us.Very athletic and is a good defender. His attacking play seems to be improving and should be first choice as he is our best defensive right back.8/10
Kiko-Has largely done well in both wing back slots. His attacking play, although one dimensional, has been good.Has acted like a pro throughout the season and even played when his partner was having a baby.7.5/10
Craig-Very good for this division and consistently dependable.7.5/10
Ben W-Perhaps the most difficult one to judge. Some good moments followed by worrying ones.Needs to be better with the ball(can be applied to all our centre backs)and cut out defensive errors.Likeable player and one you hope does really well for us.7/10
Kabasele-We almost know what we are going to get with him-some excellent defending with the occasional horror moment thrown in.Should be more of a threat on set pieces but that might be down to our non delivery of them.7/10
WTE-Settling in and has shown signs that he could be our best centre half.Another likeable player but which of the 3 is on the bench if we play the more suitable 442?7/10
Adam-Has been very consistent and our only defender not to make a mistake this season.A big final 30 games for him.9.5/10
King Ken-Great to see him back after his probable Covid issue.Puts the effort in,has made most opposition defenders look like fools, creating goals and will be a big player for the rest of the season.POTS so far.8/10
Sarr-Some disinterested performances and some tentative wing play.We know he has ability but he isn't producing enough.A coach needs to build him up and make him believe he is the best player in the Championship. If we do that he would be a difference maker.6/10
Capoue-Unprofessional and one of the problem players.I doubt we'll change his work ethic or attitude so it's best if he goes.4/10
Cleverley-A likeable player but one whose performances mean he doesn't deserve a place in the team.Perhaps the injuries have caught up with him.Has acted professionally though so let's hope improved fitness results in improved performances.5.5/10
Nate-Hasn't performed well enough since his serious injuries and cannot be given too much longer.A likeable player who you hope can get back to his best but the chances of that are dwindling.5.5/10
Garner-Has only shown glimpses.Time to give him some time off to see if that helps his delivery of set pieces.6/10
Quina-Would rather see him play than Garner as we need to know if he can consistently perform.Showed glimpses of a top talent but also has disappeared from games.Probably needs a "leader" to play with him in the middle and maybe Hughes can be that.He could turn into a difference maker and it should be really interesting watching him over the next 30 games.6.5/10
Hughes-Oh how we have missed him.If he stays fit and helps the younger midfielders will make us much more of a threat.Fingers crossed 6.5/10 but bound to go up with game time.
Tom DB-Such a shame he got injured when he looked like coming into some real form.Hopefully he will be back this season but he might have to be one for next.7/10
Deeney-The biggest problem player.Too much power within the club while producing next to nothing on it.Needs to go asap. 4/10
    Gray-Oh dear.Injuries,attitude and missing barn doors.Best he leaves.3/10
Stipe-Woeful strike rate and we can see why.Doesn't appear good enough but will probably be given chances so I hope he proves me wrong.4.5/10
Murray-Hasn't worked out and best if we could send him back to Brighton. If we can't it is difficult to see what he can offer us.Had a very good career and not his fault we needed someone younger and better.4/10
Pedro-Oh yes he is going to have some career.Although we haven't managed to find his best position his movement and control are superb.Has done well and would be even better if we had a functioning forward in the team.7.5/10
I know i haven't mentioned a few others but some we won't see and some it's best not to see.
If Hughes plays the vast majority of the last 30 games we will be better. If we can add a decent striker in early January we will be promoted.
Free transfers to Deeney and Capoue if nobody is stupid enough to pay us for them.
If Masina can get/stay fit we should be ok and adaptable defensively.
Kiko can provide cover for both Sarr and King Ken so although another winger would be nice a striker has to be the priority in January.
I hope we don't have another performance like yesterday so I can stop waffling so much:)

Basically defence and keeper ok but the rest generally under performing.

One issue might be the constant changing of the team due to injuries and Covid meaning there is no consistency.

Plus the fact we don’t really go for wins anyway from home and certainly spend too long trying to look pretty at the back or midfield before losing the ball.

Apart from Hughes if fit and Quina is there any threat from midfield generally?

Maybe our strikers /attacking players might look better if they get the ball in space and allowed to run.

Sarr and Pedro certainly don’t look like the multi million pound players hyped up to be.

And we have no reliable strikers.

Perica has scored 40 goals in just over 80 career starts. Or if you look at it another way, he's played roughly 9,000 career minutes so let's say 100 full games of football. What would you class as a decent strike rate? A 4.5 based on one league start in which he scored seems bizarre. He's by far the best option we have to partner Joao Pedro and it's only fair to judge him after more games.

You can have the best attacking squad in the world but if they're set up to play boring, negative football, that's what they'll play.

Guess we can give it a go.

Might need to learn to stand up more as clearly he already has a reputation from that Bournemouth game going by the fact he got booked for a non dive yesterday .

Murray getting a 4/10 after playing 110 mins then disappearing completely seems rather generous.

Can't agree with some of these ratings. Capoue hasn't been in great form but has been better than Chalobah.

Quina can't possibly be 6.5, he's had about two decent performances and been terrible the rest of the time.

Kiko has probably been our best player this season.

So depressing to think that we had prime Deeney, Ighalo, Vydra and Forestieri last time we were in this division.

Now we have past it Deeney, Murray, Perica and Gray. Drop off in quality is enormous but of most note is that none of that quartet have the ability to either beat a man, or even drop a shoulder to create half a yard of space to get a shot off.g

Lenient on Quina, who despite a brighter last week or so has been largely disappointing. Harsh on Perica who has hardly been given a chance, but even in the brief moments we've seen of him, he's still looked more threatening than Deeney, and of course the one league start he's had he's scored. Also harsh on Capoue, who's only really had one bad game away to QPR tbf

Perica has been injured and banned which hasn’t helped.

If he can avoid those 2 things should get more of a chance.
