World Cup Score Predictions Competition

Ok, so I'll run this for the World Cup, but bear with me, I may be moving house in the next 6 weeks so it may not go totally according to plan!

I will need to keep it simple so all group stage games need to be predicted together and done before the first match. Any submissions after the first match will not be included as this will be hard enough to manage as it is!

Rules
There will be 5 rounds - group stages, last 16, quarter finals, semi finals and final.

You just need to predict the score for each match. You'll have until KO of the first match of the group stages to enter the first 48 group stage scores. Once the first round is complete, I'll post the last 16 round up for you to predict. Once that is complete, the Quarters will then be posted (and so on).

Please enter all scores as per the following examples - any in another format and I'll ask you to resubmit:

Group A:

Points will be awarded as follows:

Group stages (480 points available):
10 points for predicting the correct score and result
5 points for correct result but wrong score
2 points (total) if you don't get the correct result but predicted either team's number of goals.

Last 16, Quarter Finals & semi Finals (280 points available):
For the last 16, quarter finals and semi finals points will be as above but doubled.

Final (30 points available):
For the final the scores will be as above but tripled. So for the final there will still be 30 points up for grabs.

So in total there are 790 points available.

All games will be for 90 MINUTES ONLY!

How to enter
To sign up for the comp just place your entry below before the first match on 14th June 2018.

I will keep all scores, tables and updates to this single thread.

There is no prize other than bragging rights and a sense of overwhelming pride in your achievement!
