    A convincing wolflike argument HH24.

By the way, anyone wonder where 352 has been all day escaping posting?!

    My thoughts:

AshdonWFC - Has been quiet, but having just got off a flight I can' say I find him suspicious just yet. If he remains quiet then I would start to suspect him!

Miked2006 - I forgot he was playing tbh. Has not said anything really of any interest, more of just 'agreeing' with people and stating the obvious. Suspicious in my eyes.

HappyHornet24 - I still have my suspicions, but they have lowered a bit.

Casetti's Beard - No idea. Too quiet. I would view him in the next two days if I were the seer.

Hornetgags - I think he's genuinely clueless. And good.

    352 - Nothing suspicious... yet.

Diamond - Think he's good. Either that or he's the alpha wolf who's played a blinder, but that's unlikely.

Meh! - Gone into effort of listing messages and analysing. Could be a bluff but usually a wolf would not do that.

    HarrowOrn - I'm good! Honest.

Is that because Moog pointed out it was probably someone on a mobile device...we know HH was on one because she couldn't see if there was a poll on Tapatalk, and Ashdon has been out of the country?

So Diamond has clearly done something right/wrong today. He has been named by both messages, but we have a unique situation in that neither messenger knew that/when the other had posted. This is good for us I think, as it means one is not the reaction of another (i.e. Diamond didn't see his name and respond).

Also generally I reckon the wolf is more likely to name somebody evil than good, so I think Diamond is more than likely to be good.

Im still voting for you Mike. All you have done is repeat what everyone else has said! No original thoughts whatsoever.

Just seems like you are trying to sneak under the radar.

Sorry if you are good. It is a hunch but it is all I have got.

This is so difficult. I would be surprised now if Diamond were evil. My basis of suspecting him was purely because i'm nervous about the more experienced players to be honest. I basically am finding this a difficult game so far.

I've been working all day, and it's been busy, hence my lack of communication on here. I work out and about installing stuff so I'm in the car or someone's house all day when it's busy. Can only apologise.

I am going to have a look if there are any more clues in what moog posted whilst still with us and come back to this.

    Wow, that escalated quickly.

If you genuinely have a reason to vote for me, other than one you've just made up on the spot, then let me know.

I think your vote is bizarre. My gut tells me to vote for you right back, but I haven't really suspected you before now so I'm holding off.

I have been making accusations, or otherwise clarifying things whenever I can for other villagers, especially over the first two days when I had fewer meetings.

There are plenty of other quieter posters who haven't really said much (see Diamond's post) and if you really wanted the best chance of catching a wolf, you should have gone for one of them.

After reading through everything, I'm still finding it hard to latch onto anything. The wolf is trying to make a go of it, as I think they're copying writing style (loosely), etc.

    HG is surely GOOD.

But other than that I don't know.

Diamond is very likely to be good, unless a wolf has screwed up big time, or indeed Diamond himself has played a blinder.

The use of 'they' instead of 'he' or 'she' is sticking out for me. I think it's something I've seen HH do a few times before but I could be completely wrong.

HappyHornet would be my 'who knows, may as well' shout. If we lynched Diamond it would tell us something important, but if he's good it could well lose us the game.

    God knows.

    Anyone else?

Trouble is, there's very little to go on if we think cthutlhu was the traitor as voting patterns won't tell us anything as the wolves don't know each other. I'm going to have to make a reasonably blind vote. 352, trust me, you will be doing team good no favours by lynching me. Also, if you're trying to look for grammar clues to point at me re the first message, you'll find none. The third sentence doesn't make sense and I wouldn't have written it.

    I'm toying between Ashdon, Casetti's Beard & 352.

You can say whatever you like. Just because you name someone as the guardian doesn't mean you're right. I personally have no clue on that one.

Good enough for me. Like I said, I'm almost doing things randomly because there's so little to go on.

Anyway, likewise, I am good so voting for me wouldn't help.

Ashdon being a bit quiet isn't helping him, and is he being entirely truthful about baggage reclaim? I mean, he wouldn't have been able to engage at all with the game is he was flying somewhere. Could well have just asked for a standard role though so who knows...

    Gah, it's just so frustrating.

Someone put forward to a convincing argument so I can just go 'yeah that's good'. Please?

This is a thing of beauty, and also the very clever ramblings of a wolf, (in my opinion). Because you write so well and message 1 was written so poorly, plus my misgivings about you posted earlier, my vote for day 3 goes to the enigmatic HappyHornet24.

I see the thinking here. As I recall, wolves get a certain type of jitters usually, once they're called out. However, it's hard to tell. I'm still on the fence but am sort of also thinking 'why not?'

I hope I'm not losing this game by latching onto this.

There's so little that's concrete to go on.

That's is very true. All 3 sets of messages basically say xxx is evil then xxx is good. Good have been very lucky the tinker hasn't been viewed, (or is dead). I simply called out my 3 names, (which you've not reacted to at all on the thread), and suddenly I'm in the Wolf message. Knowing my own status gives me the advantage of knowing the alpha Wolf is rattled.

The game is simmering nicely I feel.

I think Harrow's write up a couple of pages ago seemed pretty good.

I still think we're on the verge of lynching someone based on the fact they posted around the time of the second message, even though we've already had it confirmed that the messages were received well before they were posted so counters that argument.

That logic does work. Or, if the wolf is clever, he could have done that knowing that attention would turn to those you've accused. If I am lynched, you should consider this tomorrow.

    It's already almost half past...

I'll get my vote in now just in case as I'm off to make dinner now as well.

Happy Hornet or a quiet one... I'll give HH the benefit of the doubt for now and go for Ashdon.

Tell us where you've been Ashdon and when you read the thread etc. Sorry. It's a nothingy vote but there's not much other than hunches to go on so far. Probably because I'm bad at this game.

I'm going to go with this too. I think the wolf might be trying to put attention on those Diamond's accused to deflect attention from himself. Miked is sharp and has stayed below radar today. Sorry miked if I'm wrong. Cassetti's Beard also on my radar.

The thing is I have been in meetings all day today. I was far more active yesterday.

This game is so close, that when you only have 5 minutes to catch up on posts, it is very hard to have a solid opinion. I only have one meeting tomorrow; I promise that I will be far more active tomorrow.

I do think that I have been far more active than I am being given credit for and have actually given an opinion like Diamond pointed out, whilst others are going much further under the radar than myself.

This is a really tough call to make once again with no real concrete theory to run with.

Whilst I didn't appreciate Diamond dropping my name in there earlier, I am intrigued by the thinking behind HappyHornet too. Dilemma.

I personally believe that you are voting for me as I was closest in the polling. Which is entirely fair enough.

I am going to vote for you, partly for the same reason, but mostly because I am pretty sure that Diamond is good and I trust his judgement. If I am wrong, I apologise, but that is the best logic I can offer.
