I’ve got one on mine but it came with the car, it depicts the model which I absolutely hate, but it’s also not worth a lot so I’m not bothered enough to take it off.

I have nothing against them at all, apart from the ones that need ridiculous spacing or screws to try and spell something.

If you can’t afford a plate that says what you want it to say in its normal layout, please don’t bother.

    Which is a lot since it’s on a 2000 plate Skoda…

Seen this one locally to me, not sure why you’d ruin such an expensive car by taking such scandalous liberties with spelling.

No takers? Perhaps the Ismaila Sarr of numberplates?

Unfortunately I can't afford a personalised number plate, so instead I have written CLIVE with a marker pen on a piece of A4 and stuck it in my back window.

I’ve put this up before, but it’s definitely the plate for you.

Still held on retention down to 15K now:
    https://www.click4reg.co.uk/private-number-plates/ME15TER/

It was up for a grand when issued by the DVLA. The chap that bought it obviously wanted to make a profit and a little part of me is glad he's a grand down, because I would have used it.
The meistermobile sports ME13TER instead which was stupidly cheap. I consider it a bit of fun.

Anyone but Southgate!!! I genuinely don't understand how he got the job in the first place and lets face it he has never won anything as a manager even at club level, plus he also got us relegated this year as well

I've never felt the need for a personalised number plate but if I ever do I'll probably just change my name to the reg I've already got. Much easier and cheaper to start calling myself G164 HLJ, for example, than spend weeks trying to acquire a plate that appears to spell LLOYD

You are so right, we need a manager with vast experience and a proven winner. Just like the Argentina manager.

You're lucky to be able to afford marker pens and A4 paper. I write BUNNY in the mud on my car doors with my finger.

I have to exhale on the bus window and write ‘FILBERT’ using the tip of me nose because I lost all me fingers to frostbite and pit accidents.

Plenty available with a bit of creative spacing! This is just the first few.

Wouldn't it be a terrible shame if someone driving an old banger 'accidently' drives into the back of it and dislodges the number plate? Not quite so 'aussome' after all!

Yes, but good range of programmes when it does - much better than ITV Hub.

We don’t have a smart TV, so it’s irritating that the app is not (yet?) on Sky Q.

I just open it on my iPad and cast it to our not very smart TV (I have a Google Chromecast: well worth the £20 or so it costs).

Mrs Keighley is enjoying revisiting old episodes of Poirot.

Not my business of course, but have you ever considered a little Poirot role play to add a little sparkle to the marriage?

You could get the moustache and everything. Do the big reveal scene and the big reveal is zat I arm completerly nayerked under zees trench coat Meersees Kayleigh!

I shall try that, thanks. I’ve done it in the past but some sources somehow didn’t allow you to do it. (e.g. Amazon Prime when they had PL games.)

Works for me (and works for Prime too, must admit I didn't try the football).

HB is right that it is a bit clunky but there is some good stuff up there.

Although there are lots of ads...

Dropping your mobile phone into a urinal while visiting the gents in a busy restaurant - something I managed to achieve last night, much to the amusement of other loo-goers
