Sometimes they appear on the top. Sometimes halfway down the ear.

So glad I grew out of that. I used to get it so bad that my nose would gush blood and my throat would be unbearably itchy. Awful stuff, sorry you have to deal with it still.

Hayfever is a ****. I first started getting it about 7 or 8 years ago and it gets worse every year.

Like Arakel, nosebleeds from the constant irritation. Sneezing sessions of 20-30 uncontrollable explosions in the space of five minutes leave me feeling like I’ve been kicked in the head.

As of this year you can buy Allevia which has fexophenadine in it, this was only available on prescription before. It’s the strongest antihistamine drug you can buy in shops. The Benadryl with Acrivastine in it is good, especially if you have a reaction to something that needs a quick resolution like that feeling of your throat closing up.

I’m picking up a new prescription nasal spray on Monday, really need this one to work, it’s getting ridiculous.

    Love island.

Utter utter brain-dead utter trash. My wife is sitting here watching it. It's so so awful. I'm losing braincells just listening to it in the background while I watch the T20 blast on my tablet.

The parents of these people must be horrified by both the intelligence of their offspring, their actions and just the sheer fact they even wanted to come on this drivel show.

    Horrific stuff.

Mrs Peel is suffering massively too. It's at an absolute peak right now. Apparently a mix of the time of year and thunderstorms make it as bad as it can be.

I doubt it. Probably revelling it such is their attitude towards life. My kids have made it because they are on TV. This drivel ought to be banned. The idiots on the island packed into a dinghy and set loose in the Pacific never to be seen again. No loss to humanity.

EasyJet. Had a previously compliant cabin bag that I just had to pay £24 to board with. The smug little Hitler at the gate delighted in asking me to try and get it in the little rectangle as soon as she spotted it. If I’d m unscrewed the wheels it would’ve fitted in comfortably, it fits in the overhead storage absolutely fine as you’d expect but they’ve cleverly been trained within an inch of their life to spot bags about 5cm too big.

My son had exactly the same problem during the weekend. His was a backpack that was just a little bit to wide. He had to repack said bag until it fit before being allowed onboard.

Has your Dr not offered you a jab? I have one or two over the year and it's been a gift from God. All I get is a slight irritation in the eyes these days. Sun glasses help with that.
The times I nearly crashed during sneezing fits it's horrendous.
Like you it wasn't until my middle 20's that I got any symptoms but they got worse year in year out.

How strikers can go on strike for two days with a heavily disrupted single day in the middle.

That's not two days of chaos, it's three.

It's almost as if they want to reduce the deducations to their income whislt retaining maximum disruption.

Of course. Should be banned though.

Making the majority suffer whilst the strikers are on full pay is ridiculous.

Haha yes there have been times when I’ve had to pull over because I don’t want to leave this world thanks to being incapacitated by sneezing.

Never been offered a jab, I’ve looked at getting one privately for about £90. I absolutely loath my GP and the useless surgery. Spoke to a pharmacist last week and got put on a new prescription nasal spray which is doing the job at the minute. It will probably be jab time in the next year or two though, glad to hear it’s effective.

Do you know what the jab is called?

I don't get it but Mrs Peel gets it really badly and this year is even worse than usual.

Dammit had largely avoided it this year but my left eyeball appears to have developed an ability to generate sand granules this afternoon.

Benedryl tablet taken but going out for a few beeers later and the histimines in that will likely kick it off again.

Its one of the 2 reasons Hart & Morph were taken off the air. That and when it came to light that the only reason "we are sorry but we can't return any of your pictures" was because they were flogging them on the quiet after each show, effectively using "the gallery bit" as a shop window. Utter scum, both of them.
