Foster's response to a 'Wood attack around 30 mins that would have been very familiar to any Hornet: the ball moved approximately parallel just right along of Wrexham's box to a 'Wood player approximately in line with the far post, Foster was rooted to the spot he didn't even see it the only reason the totally unmarked 'Wood player didn't score was he was even more inept than Foster... ...And there was the classic Foster at 43"...
As an aside the first time the 'Wood made it into the media spotlight was in the 20/21 FA Cup campaign when we mage it into the 3rd round (beaten 0-2 by Millwall at Broughinge Road). Nathan Ashmore was our keeper then and the BBC did quite a good 'bit' on him...
Strange post which smacks of jealousy. Good luck to Wrexham, the fans deserve the success after they basically saved the club when it was on its knees. The owners seem to be going about things the right way, the local area is benefiting and they seem to be there for the long haul. Very much reminds me of SEJ buying us in the 70s so I dont get the hate from one of our fans.
Think it was more criticism of how Foster behaves . It is good the owners have taken to the town and community whilst communicating with the fans. The influx of money definitely has helped too of course.
You’d expect the OP who is from BW to support Wrexham? Other than that it’s only mocking of Foster, might be worth actually reading the thread before wading in.
Interesting quote after the game from Foster about it was nice to be in a dressing room where everyone was happy to be there, they all pulled in the same direction and people weren’t moaning all the time.
