I really want Luton to go up. For clubs of our size it always ends in tears in the end and I wish them untold misery, so the sooner they go up the sooner the countdown towards misery begins.

It was more the angle of one the worst, most hideous and disrespectful managers we’ve ever had failing, really. Luton are our rivals by default, but he actively hated us while drawing a salary from us at the same time.

 

And I don't like Palace. So hope he takes them down before going into his retirement village.

Didn't realise how much Watford hated Palace, perhaps that Muppet Harry the hornet has amplified the dislike of Watford for a lot of Palace fans & I suppose after the Fa cup semi and play off finals made Watford fans hate us more, I gave you Kudos when Watford got promoted last time around and honestly thought Roy would keep you up last year.
I know we're far from safe we have hope after that much improved perfomance against a poor Leicester team.
Re Luton horrible fans , much prefer Watford fans even if it's not reciprocated.

 

We've had our battles over the years, but I think pretty much any needle towards you as a club from our perspective has subsided now, although we really don't like Hodgson for basically half-arsing his entire time here. Even if you take that away, I think it is a shame how you got rid of Vieira for a dinosaur when things weren't even looking that bad for you, you should stay up fairly comfortably regardless of the manager with your games to come

 

You probably don't realize how much Palace fans hate Watford but it you were to scroll back to Watford-related threads on your main forum you'll see it in spades, or even in passing they seem to delight in our recent demise. Clearly the villains in the piece are Harry the Hornet for his dive in front of Wilfred Zaha (whose name I can never recall cos I have Vince Hilaire suck in my mind lol), which Woy took exception too which then elevated the villain status - and same with Zaha himself for his diving - thought I always felt that was overplayed. Plus Woy pissed us off when he went to acknowledge your fans before ours last year when our relegation was confirmed - plus we probably felt disgruntled losing Will Hughes to you though clearly he was a free agent. Personally I always think hatreds to other fans is a bit pathetic and people should grow up a bit....

 

After beating Leeds 1-5 & back to back wins I defo have renewed hope

Hughes wasn't a free agent, he had a year left on his contract, I think we sold him for about £6m (more or less the same as we bought him for I think?). He does a job as a squad player for Palace, but his absence really gutted us as I'd say it arguably left us with a worse team than the team that got us up...it's easy to call him Judas, but any sane player would have left our utter clown show of a club!

A worse midfield for sure, although in Dennis we had a good goalscorer, even if he didn't sustain his purple patch

When? He might have said it when things were looking relatively rosy and then realised he made an error later on

 

He wanted to stay long term but was bombed out. And then we ended up with the likes of Kucka, Kayembe and Sissoko.

 

Palace fans love his style & effort but legs are slowing down although he'd be good for the championship so you might get him back to Vicarage road next season? That's not dissing the Championship .
