First time I think I've come bottom. Marvelous.

 

Match 17 results, with 23 correct predictions in total, top was @PowerJugs with a handy 31 points followed by @Horace_goes_up_north and @GoingDown in joint 2nd place with 28 points, bottom I'm afraid this round goes to @With A Smile who won't be smiling with just 4 points.

Leaderboard @wfc4ever remains at the top with @The Voice of Reason cutting their lead by just one point @Clive_ofthe_Kremlin and @The undeniable truth remain in 3rd and 4th place respectively, big moved was @PowerJugs going from 11th to 5th place. @cyaninternetdog and @Sort of OK both should have 5 points more as missed the fact they predicted the 2-0 correctly all others checked!

I am going to have to stop giving Watford the benefit of the doubt as the boys have cost me quite a few points so far this season, especially yesterday as I could not bring myself to predict a Leicester win and went for a draw instead

 

I'm in free fall. Not a good four weeks.

 

On the climb (finally)

 

Clearly i predicted the correct scores, its just too many teams failed to do what was expected.

 

The competition is always much closer in the champ thatn in the prem due to the unpredictability of match outcomes. The top 23 are all still within 50 points of the top.

 

Interestingly last years trailblazers Dreadnaught and Goldpapayer are off the pace this season, it really is a difficult league to forecast consistently!

 

Match 18 results, with just 8 correct predictions scores are fairly mediocre top goes to @Horace_goes_up_north with 27 points (2 of the 8 correct predictions) the only person to correctly predict our 3-2. lots of players tie for 2nd place with 25 points, @Knight GT @Crezzy95 @Old Watford @Irishorn and @wfcwarehouse. bottom this week goes to @Westsydneyhornet with 9 points. VAR on all my other scores please, I'm sure I should be top by a clear margin.

 

Match 19 with 30 correct predictions higher scores this round, top place goes to @Dreadnought 36 points and 3 correct! also scoring over 30 were @Hornpete and @watford willy with 34 and 32 respectively! down at the bottom I'm afraid was @Diamond with just 2!

Nice to be back on top, but I lost out on 8 points in time added on!!! Sheffield Wed scoring a late 3rd when I had predicted 2-1 and Swansea getting an equaliser for a draw which legated my Huddersfield away win in time added on Gŕrŕrrr!!! Oh well onwards and upwards

Match 20 results, with 30 correct results two players had 3 correct @WatfordÉire and @wfc4ever scoring 41 and 39 points respectively,
I think 41 could well be a record!, 5 players at the bottom with just 11 points, I won't name them!

Match 21 results, with 54 correct scores an unbelievable round with 2 players @The undeniable truth and @Westsydneyhornet both with 44 points 4 correct predictions all 5 of their predictions were the same?? @HappyHornet24 was 3rd with 38 points in fact 9 players scored 30 or more points! down at the bottom was @watford willy with 7! although he was only 1 of 2 players to predict Sunderland would beat Leeds although his 7-4 prediction was just wide of the mark the other being @The Voice of Reason who decided to predict the 2 in-front of the 1 for that match and not the other way round!
