Asda’s marketing team doing a sound job of getting its name out there by drawing attention to its ‘Minger’ branded cheese. The creator of the Minger, Rory Stone of Highland Fine Cheeses, describes it as smelling ‘like something’s gone badly.’ We had Camembert that smelt the place up Xmas before last. Mrs Moose eventually called time and threw it in the outside bin. Foxes called by complain. And that’s why I’m out. https://news.sky.com/story/brutal-o...eese-on-asdas-shelves-this-christmas-13022837
I think the dish has a name something like sferliberlingsflerm or slartibartfast so you need to alter your search terms.
It is . it’s their version of a turducken I’ve never tried it but willing to give anything a go once .
Epoisses would always be my recommendation for a strong cheese. Or Stinking Bishop, although that’s a bit stinky for me.
Love a stinking bishop, provided I have a zip lock bag and Tupperware to store it in. And one of those fridge air fresheners.
