We all have different taste, which is good.
I have excluded those you name as I don’t find them funny. McIntyre particularly.

I think Rosie Jones is great and Hugh was an oversight - great too.

    IMHO of course !

Macintyre was in jest but if you think Rosie Jones is funnier than the two I mention, then frankly your views on comedy are valueless. Roy Hodgson is a better standup.

Of course, comedy is purely subjective. :D

Jones is funny. It was suggested above that she only gets the gig due to her disability. I find her disability a frustration but she’s sufficiently funny that I’m prepared to put up with the slow awkward delivery. I think she gets the gig despite the disability.
    IMHO.

I have literally never found anything she says funny.

Don’t mean this to sound racist but I feel Pryor and Kevin??s humour are directed too much at black American audiences and don’t hit my British sense of humour. I accept they are both hugely popular mainly in the US but also UK to some extent. Blazing saddles was of course brilliant.

Speaking as a white Brit, I found him hilarious even before moving over here.

Humour is obviously somewhat subjective, but I think Pryor's material stretches well beyond requiring you to be a black American.

Just reading up on him on Wikipedia, he had 6 wives during his life, one of whom he married and divorced twice.

I tried to give Laura Smyth ago after she bombed at Berko Comedy Festival last year. I watched her Live at the Apollo and it wasn't terrible but at the same time it wasn't the best. Much better than her Berko experience.

I have got tickets to see Babatunde at the Wycombe Swan later this year and I am hoping it's going to be a good show.
