The Musk Revolution is in full swing with allegedly Wokey-Cokey executives sacked. David Icke’s account is restored to much outpouring of love. Can’t be long before Trump is back on. So what is ok? Is everything ok? Holocaust Denial? False medical information and anti-vax lies? Is it only Free Speech if absolutely anything goes?
I had my account permanently suspended for suggesting to The Bruges Group, consisting of racist fossils like Redwood, Bone, Chope, Cash, that although they seemed horrified about immigrants for seemingly racist reasons, that they would soon be dead and not have to worry about it any more, which must be a comfort. I'm not sure I can be bothered with it anymore (under my new ID). I find myself blocking the winkers rather than enduring the nonsense which seems to be more frequently appearing on my timeline.
I've been banned from twitter. I made 6 Tweets in total about wfcforums site maintenance whilst a mod. For some reason that's against the rules.
Soon the only bots on there will be followers of the Elongated Muskrat. Whether they are digital or analogue bots is another debate. Twitter has been nothing but a dumpster fire for at least 10 years and I doubt very much that will change. I think everyone should migrate back to Myspace, Tom was alright. Reddit is full of bots, the digital ones have trained an army of analogue ones. When I say analogue I mean flesh and bone but we live in a computer simulation so maybe they are all digital. Confirmation bias is in play. https://www.seldon.io/6-types-of-ai-bias The brain is a bio computer, the location of the mind is not in the brain.
I think Musk might regret selling Twitter blue ticks to any idiot with $8. This is one of the many, now legitimate looking, parody accounts having a lot of fun at his expense:
Unbanned. Apparently the algorithm identified me as a spam account by mistake. Now it's time to relentlessly troll someone.
Musk’s ludicrous claims to champion free speech in tatters as he bans journalists critical of him and rival platforms, all while tolerating hate speech. https://www.theguardian.com/technol...ounts-journalists-musk?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other
No doxxing cries Elon Musk whilst banning accounts which show where his private jet is flying (despite being publicly available info anyway) and then hours later posting a video of a guys numberplate and asking Twitter to identify him. Classic https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1603235998263123969?t=92semzoNkLdJGS8Csge8dA&s=19
He's a flawed genius. Highly intelligent but with little common sense. I knew chap at uni like him. Spoke 6 languages and scored the highest marks ever recorded on his course but would occasionally get lost in the halls of residence.
He’s just come in and got rid of a lot of dead wood. Funnily enough, Facebook, YouTube, etc. are doing exactly the same as they attempt to cut costs. But when Musk does it, it is worth its own thread. It’s pretty clear, from his texts, that all Musk has done is make the company stick to its policies rather than the ideals of a few lunatics at the top, and not be influenced any further by the US government. Problem with ‘lies’ is that what constitutes a lie is not always established before it gets its boots on. The holocaust is a fact, the effects and industry of which can still be witnessed. Therefore it can be easily challenged when someone says it never happened. But when you are suppressed from saying anything about a subject, such as false medical claims and “vax lies” it becomes impossible to demonstrate that they are lies. Instead, you just have to trust people who have proven themselves capable of lying to cover their backs, or to satisfy their ideology. Effectively they suppress their own ability to make a convincing, trustworthy argument against the lies. Like with the report coming out now on Prevent, trying to cover up unfortunate mistakes and outcomes can be more damaging than putting them out there. The right wing is being wound up, quite understandably, by government attempting to cover up its mistakes, and it’s exaggeration of right wing extremism in order to excuse examination of islamists in the UK. Prevent, it turns out, is doing more to radicalise both sides, by, on the right, promoting the acts of a few lunatics to newsworthiness, and, on the islamists side, actually funding known terrorist sympathising groups. Yet they try to prevent discussion of these matter by demonising any, even mainstream, right wing views, and by suppressing a report that could actually be the beginning of a realisation that woke, politically correct politics is part of the problem when it is used to suppress one group, and appease another. Maybe I am wrong on this, but then, how many right wing groups expressing extremist views received funding from Prevent? The more casual thinkers on here may wish to familiarise themselves with the differences between Islamists and Muslims before they try to say I am islamophobic. Allowing us all to talk about these things, through freedom of speech, can help all of us Britons, of every background, to move forward, and to tackle the evil of extremism in a practical and honest way.
You could have mentioned that the guy had stopped and threatened a car with Musk’s son in it, presumably thinking Musk was in it. Comparing an appeal for information that might prevent a future tragedy, by providing information on a criminal act, with highlighting a potential targets’ personal location, is pretty low. Do you think you would be as sympathetic if someone had tweeted that a car registered to Musk was driving along the M1, before some loon stopped it and threatened the occupants? What would be your attitude if it happened to someone you cared about, like your son or daughter? Good grief. What sort of impression are you trying to give of yourself?
He could have mentioned it, though he’d also have to qualify that by pointing out that’s simply Musk’s hearsay account. And it very much appears the only person who reported the incident to the police was the alleged ‘stalker’, which seems odd if Musk’s child was genuinely at risk: https://www.theguardian.com/technol...etails-on-elon-musks-alleged-stalker-incident https://www.pasadenastarnews.com/20...on-possible-link-to-elon-musks-security-team/
Is this serious or a New Year’s parody? You know I don’t always get it when people are joking. So the black clad guy in a hood and a mask who the article states said “he was a delivery driver for UberEats” who claimed to be receiving “coded messages through Instagram posts; that Musk was monitoring his real-time location; and that Musk could control Uber Eats to block him from receiving a delivery order” was the innocent guy here? And not a deluded stalker who blocked Musk’s kids car, and then complained to police when his car was shoved out the way? I suspect that one will get cleared up relatively quickly, as I suspect you would have seen through it quite easily if things were the other way round. You need a wider range of sources mate. Your Guardianista coping strategies really do you no credit. Try a broader range of sources perhaps?
