So you just cut the potatoes and put them straight in?

I think that although I shook, the basket didn't fully turn over, so I should have used a tool to stir the chips over.

I've done bacon in it this morning. Perfection.

I've got some Cypriot sausages in there now (loukanika and pastourma). Just turned them. Look great. No oil used for either.

Washing the baskets out was a breeze too.

Moog, your airfryer sounds brilliant. Can it play at centre half?

Sarr really must stop falling over every time someone touches him. The refs just ignore him. Boy who cried 'wolf' stuff.

If you ain't using oil, it's not frying.

    fry
    verb
    1. 1.
cook (food) in hot fat or oil, typically in a shallow pan.
"she fried a rasher of bacon, a sausage and a slice of bread"

It’s a simulation of frying. I suggest you send this post to the manufacturers and get them to change the name of the product. Meanwhile the rest of us will just get on with using it.

You breathe in Air, you fry in oil. Cooking with air and heat is called roasting. Cooking with oil and heat, frying.
Marketing can call it what it wants but it ain't frying.
Just because a Vegan, forms some Tofu and Fungi into a sausage shape and frys it, don't make it a sausage. You can call it an air fryer but it is just a gimmick oven, that they forgot to include the frying bit.

And why does it matter? It works well and is dead easy to use, as well as healthier, that’s enough for me.

That's true - he is seemingly doing that quite a bit. I hope he isn't taking tips from Zaha on Twitter or anything. Go down if there's legitimate contact and it forced you down, try and stay on your feet and ride the tackle out otherwise.

Not true in the case of Air Frying. It uses a process called Convection Heating - which circulates warm air to cook the food, much like a fan whirls the air around in the oven. It's cleaner because it cooks the food with little to no grease, and the moisture is evaporated into the food to crsip it.

It's just a fact you can't fry in Air. Haven't a clue why it matters to you.

It's not frying then is it. Mr.Marketing can tell you he's reinvented the wheel. But Convection is heating by movement of Air not Frying which is submersion in Oil.

Nobody knows why it matters so much to you.

Frying is frying. Air frying is air frying. It might make you uncomfy, but get with the times Boomer.

Not really Treacle . Just said you can't fry in air, nothing Odd there. You seem to take umbrage because Poundland has misrepresented that fact to you.

    He's always done it.
Many do. Every team has someone who does.
What makes Freddie different to Mr Tumble is he rarely if ever turns round to the ref, arms outstretched and bug eyed, pleading for a foul, red card,Testa Rossa or whatever. Freddie just looks disappointed.

I doubt he arrives in a puffa jacket in 20° temperatures either as Mr T did at Selhurst yesterday.

I do somewhat agree that it's not technically "frying" the food due to the name. It could of been called "Air Cooker" or "Cooking on Air" but it doesn't really matter. It doesn't use oil, so it's not frying, correct and it's a marketing term to sell the product. That's all there is to it. I think it's a brilliant invention regardless of the name - it's implying it cooks the food like a deep fat fryer but uses a different process. Jelly Beans are not baked beans covered in jelly. Again, it's a way to sell a product.

Horrendous 4 hour journey on the way to the game that should've only been 2 hours due to the train breaking down half way.

Horrendous 4 hour journey home that should've only taken 2 hours due to a tree falling on the track on the one line servicing Manchester to Sheffield.

Barely any atmosphere in the ground due to a lackluster and threadbare home support.

And to top it all off the new takeaway I tried round the corner from me was horrendous.

An utterly forgettable day aside from the goal and the final 10 minutes.

    Get a grip wfcforums

    1) we won

    2) we are now having an argument about kitchen utensils ( we have a ninja here , very good , I also thought you put a tea spoon of oil in with chips , so it did fry but with very little oil - making it more healthy)

    3) no mention of cheese

    5/10 could do better

TOP TIP - For those on a budget , don’t waste money on a new air fryer , just use your existing oven to air fry by using it in exactly the same way as you ve always used it before.
