I know results don’t matter. But surely performances bad enough to see you trailing 2-0 to a lower division team potentially could?
What a shambles. I know it's only pre season blah blah, but it does tell you how "ready" this squad are. Bolton were a cobbled together squad of youngsters two years ago on the brink of liquidation. Fair play to them for turning that around and even getting promoted to League One. They are the better side by just text and even after a river rafting exercise we still hit choppy waters. Edwards to find his formula and get the team fighting again. Nothing so far since the season ended has been encouraging results wise, friendlies or not.
