You have to laugh at the virus like takeover of clubs by individuals. Loan them money until they can’t pay it back and then take more shares in return.

    Clapping seal football fans everywhere.

Pound for pound he must be one of the worst owners in terms of investment vs return, they’re in a worse position than when he bought them, they’ve won sod all and have completely run out of ideas as far as the direction to go in from a managerial point of view. Compare them to a team like Leicester who have won the league and the cup and qualified for Europe. Off the top of my head Mel Morris at Derby probably runs him close, considering he spunked £200m on a championship club and look where it got them. I’m sure there are other worse examples that I’m missing though.

I have no problem with investment from Moshiri. He’s proved he’s just an idiot with a lot of money. He’s already spent £500m on transfers since his arrival and created a rubbish team.

He’s not a threat to anyone. Just one of those mug punters in football.

Another £100 mill for him to spend on our players.

Everton losing again. Not like any of us care really, but it does seem more and more they could ideally be sucked into the dogfight.

Moshiri could be the only reason the club avoids liquidation. Respect.

Apart from Gary Neville, the people on Sky were massively overhyping Norwich's "revival" - which in reality has just consisted of them beating two of the most out-of-form teams in the PL back-to-back - saying that it will put fear into the teams above them. How and which teams exactly? They still have a goal difference below -30 (plenty of teams have gone down with a better one over the whole season) and while there are a lot of problems with our team as demonstrated amply last night, theirs is just as if not more rubbish and the 3-0 win flattered them hugely (even the much lauded opening goal was a bit of a fluke, their second was better). There's a slight possibility Brentford, who they've beaten and still have to play again at home, could be caught, and after their defeat today Everton, but their bad form has to end sooner rather than later and they always get out it no matter how bad they are. I can't see any other team fearing Norwich, and no team has had such a poor opening 20 games and gone on to survive in the Prem.

Not that it matters now but a win last night would have taken us within 2 points of Everton

Just goes to show how horrendous a result it was for us, we had a genuine chance to start our climb out of it

Am I the only one that is resigned to relegation and tbh am looking forward to leaving the premier league.

once the initial disappointment it will be far more enjoyable next year. This year is miserable - as miserable a season as I can remember(been coming for 40 years)

We've played too many games this season either waiting for something to happen or going through the motions. The few times we play with a bit of agression and intent we look ok. That's what is so frustrating, despite the cack handed Pozzo transfer policy we still have enough quality to be 8-12 points better off.

Burnley have 3 games in hand over us, so dollars to doughnuts they’ll be above us too once they’re played out.

Newcastle win despite playing pretty badly. You just know Burnley will win tomorrow now to make this weekend even more miserable.

Let’s be honest, it was a miracle we stayed just above the relegation zone for so long. This was always coming, it’s just amazing it has taken so long.

Brentford are similar to us under QSF. They are shyte, but there are 2/3 team in the league who are legitimately terrible.

Indeed. In fact, it's well overdue. Playing the way we have been playing and going about things the way we have, we deserve to be adrift at the bottom by now, so we've been exceptionally lucky that we've had some appalling other teams in the league to keep us in the hunt for this long.

I can't see where our next win comes from and in the meantime, our rivals are starting to be buoyed by points and momentum. We're the worst team on the worst form (not checked form table but can't see how it can be otherwise) at a point where it seems terminal.

For anyone but our fans, it's good news. We stink up the division and us going down will be mourned by few outside our fan base.

Brentford losing again. I've always felt they will slip into the relegation dogfight and so it's proving. Mind you, we still need to win some games to catch them up.

Realistically we should be wanting the teams who will be less of a threat next season to go down.

I think it's fairly obvious we are better off not being in Newcastle's division next season.

Who would we rather face out of Norwich, Burnley, Leeds and Brentford? Throw Everton in if you want, but they're not going down.

Brentford losing and Leeds losing actually is pretty good for us even if it means Newcastle won, however, does anyone have any faith in us to do anything about it? Nope.

I’ve stopped caring about what other teams do, it’s irrelevant. We just got ****ed 3-0 at home to Norwich, however bad we’ve been in the past we’ve never lost to Norwich. The teams above us could lose all their remaining games but it wouldn’t matter as it’s hard to see where we’ll get any wins from ourselves.
