It’s a contest to impersonate pigs? Set to metal yes? Was the guy at the start singing ‘hey piggy, piggy, piggy…’ actually there?

Im assuming thats from Viz. I havent read it for 30 years when as a student in Manchester, it got me chortling through many a pool dropping off session.
