If he's the most hardworking player on the pitch and mathematically, can only give a maximum of 100% effort, are you saying that everyone else gives less. Asking for a friend with a raccoon hat.
Why does the Hornet's Nest section always descend into these rows? The mods haven't got time to deal with the fighting and insults. Maybe we should close the section.
Poor Clevz, half the supporter base of the club he captains can't even spells his name ******* right. I'd not give more than about 73% effort in his position.
I don't get it? The Observer reporter Ryan Gray was clearly at the game, doing live updates and then there's been a match report and five follow up articles based on interviews and player ratings. What more do you want? https://twitter.com/ObserverRyan/status/1439193215161278467?s=20
Love Sarr for obvious reasons, but I wouldn't have said he's ready for a top club before the weekend, and two goals against Norwich hasn't really proved otherwise
His experience and knowhow will be vital for us over the season, as will Kuca's. Let's just hope we can keep them both fit. Even Cleverley, who I rate only really as a Championship player nowadays, was effective on Saturday with his press and leadership. I would say he should be used sparingly.
I'd be sliding off my seat after a second pint so a third is never an option. I could talk tomato sauce with the guy though.
Also set up the third goal. It's not just about playing players who score and assist, you need players doing the dirty work as well and he does this very well. Certainly not saying he plays every game but he is valuable member of the squad
Norwich defenders standing around with their hands in the air rather than defending the third. Criminal. But fantastic for us!
Where would the Watford discussion go then? Unfortunately they can happen in other sub-forums, eg there was a similar spat on the Sema thread in the Team Bus, but they don't happen often, or maybe I'm fortunate enough to miss most of them.
With the quality of signings Barcelona have made of late, that's not a good thing for the poor man's Kiko Femenia!
Just seen the extended highlights. Should have been a nailed-on pen for Sema near the end. The defender didn't get any of the ball & just pushed him over. Stupid bloody ref. Lucky it didn't cost us.
Same could be probably been said for Rose incident. We were a bit lucky that wasn't even looked at let alone given. Maybe the ref thought not giving that one evened things out? Not sure, but Watford and VAR/ref's never really see eye to eye.
He was suggesting closing down the entire section of the site solely devoted to talking about the subject of the forum, where match threads, amongst others, are posted. He was clearly just joking based on what happened to/echoing the sentiments around the fabled 'Politics' section.
