All this talk about us and our attacking issues, I've realised it could be worse. Steve Evans set to become Leeds manager.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/lincolnshire/6116660.stm Not to mention his general conduct, although that seems to have improved since he's been in the Football League.
Will never forget going berserk in the King & Queen pub in Brighton when he appeared on screen to shake Neil's hand as it confirmed our promotion. Does he wear make up?
Christ did he really say that? And they offered him the job anyway? AND HE ACCEPTED?!!! They deserve each other.
Must be time for a new manager - 2 points from 3 games against sides around them. Btw it seems they really hate Harry Kewell and want us to go down because he is with us..
I broke my leg in Turkey in 2000, in the hospital while the radiologist was setting up he was talking to me and knowing I was English he asked if I liked football. I said yes, he asked if team and told him my team was Watford, his answer was, "Good you're not Leeds!"
Yes probably not the best move! Sounds like he upset before anyway - demanding a move when Leeds were in a mess.
Sounds like Cellino wants out of after 'nightmare' . http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/football-league/leeds-owner-massimo-cellino-considering-ending-nightmare-time-at-elland-road-a6714701.html
I like that his reaction is "I must sell this club" rather than "Perhaps I should be less of a nutter".
God, that guy is just mental. Best quote of that article: "I'm losing my balls"- Actually feel a bit sorry for him if that's really true :]] Caught the 2nd half of their game against Blackburn last night- They were absoulotely atrocious. Can really see them going down. Couldn't happen to a nicer club!
I disagree. Every club has it's a***holes but I've nearly always liked the Leeds fans I've met over the years. I went up there for our game in 2011 and stayed in town afterwards to watch the two Manchester teams in the FA Cup semi final on TV. Everyone I talked football with was very humble about their team/club and wanted nothing more than to get rid of the 70's reputation they carry with them. The only slight sign of trouble was when they showed a close up of Berbatov after he missed a chance and someone threw a pint at the TV. They missed.
I come from North Yorkshire and a lot of family and close family friends are Leeds fans. They're all very nice people. For them, I hope Leeds do well. For everybody else, lol.
Whilst I agree that every club has good and bad fans, from my experience in the 1980's, 1990's, Millenium Stadium (particularly the journey back north) and the Poleon game, they have a disproportionate amount of a**holes compared to other clubs. Sorry, but I can't stand them.

The latest instalment in the 'Grim Oop Norf' soap opera is that Cellino, despite being in Miami for the festive period has banned Sky TV from the ground today preventing them from broadcasting the game LIVE tonight. The reasoning is that Leeds being on so much hits their attendances, despite statistically the attendances being higher for the live games at Belland Road. Wish they had a live helicopter at the scene. Cellino makes Baz look competent.
He's let them in now. Leeds have criticised the Football League for how they allocate TV games. I propose Leeds resign from the Football League to avoid troubles such as this in future.
