Well Routledge is supposed to be part of the player + money deal Tottenham have offered for Ash. There's no reason for them to reject the bid (he's on loan at Fulham for the season and obviously not wanted at WHL) unless he's heading somewhere else.

We've got loads of wingers - Smith, Macca, Hameur, Jarrett. we don't need more - especially one that hasn't scored a goal in 80ish matches.

Unless of course Routledge doesn't want to accept a deal less than Fulham can offer him and potentially drop down a division.

Smith isn't up to it in the prem really, Macca and Bouazza are both left sided wingers, and Aidy quite obviously feels Jarrett either is quite simply not good enough, or not ready yet, so if Ash does go, that leaves us with just Smith on the right, yet we don't need another right sided winger...? Maybe Routledge isn't the answer but we do need another quality winger

Agreed, many on here want McAnuff and he could certainly be good enough for the Premiership.

Routledge would be great in the Championship, but I'm not sure how much of a help he'd be in keeping us up.

mcanuff is a quality player, though i think we should concentrate on getting in another centre back

Umm tommy "run like a bull" smith is hardly premiership quality, jarett has hardly even come off the bench...... depending on how much cash we get with Routledge/Davenport etc i'd take it!
