you had children and they did not want to support Watford?

Friend of mine at the Charlton game said he wouldn't be bothered if his children grew up supporting someone other than Watford - to me that's just wrong:eek:

Its more difficult getting my step kids to support Watford, one supports Chelski (I wonder why) and the other one supports Arsenal and to top it all they are both from Luton.
They do look out for the Watford scores and I have taken to see Watford which was their first proper footbal match they have been to and they loved it, but the problem is they started to get bullied at school because of this so they have now said they don't want to go any more :(

All you can do it try to steer your kids in the right direction and hope for the best. My eldest daughter, (now 8 ), has been going with me when possible since she was 4. She's definately Watford for life, I can see it in her. When the club used to put on the £5 per adult and £1 per kid matches I'd organise a load of us to go, and my daughter would take a load of friends along and we'd have a fun day. Every one of her friends now says they support Watford. I'll do everything I can to make sure we have as much support in the future as possible. I think it's great to see so many kids at Watfrod on match days, our future support is definately looking good.

Everyone has the right to a choice, no matter how wrong they are. Besides, you can always cut them out of your will.:)

this sorta happened to me when i dumped manure and started supporting watford except it was more verbal like "their terrible/cr*p/sh*t" and all the rest. i just kicked da crap outta them and hey presto, problem solved:)

they still say "i can't wait until we(manure,@rse,scousepool) play watford and hammer ya" and i just reply "ye, we'll see" and they get real nervous coz they know we're hard to beat and a pain in the @rse to play against.

i'm very proud to support watford although i'm probably the only person in ireland that does. i still get looks when people see me walking to school with my watford scarf or wearing my vibrant yellow jersey!!;)

    That was my thinking ;)

other thing to do buy loads of Watford baby clothes and takes loads of photos with them in the the watford gear, with their faces painted and wigs on then you can either blackmail them or embaress them when they get older:D

I'm normally a very strong advocator of an individual's free will and right to choose, etc etc. However, it is necessary to trhrow such hippy dippy, love for all mankind thinking out the window, when talking about the support of a football club. I, would therefore, kick 'em out.

my mate's just had a baby and he already has the kit, bib and the lot for him!

I agree with admin that its nice to see kids there, especially when they get into it. Ive seen some great little 'uns with all their gear on clapping and singing away. Even saw one little girl in a pretty dress who looked lovely and then she started shouting scum at the top of her voice....

Don't have kids and the problem doesn't exist. No excuse's then like "i got family, can't afford to go". "I'm gutted i can't go, its my little giirls 3rd birthday party" " its christmas got to go shopping for the kids pressies".

Be safe use condoms. Its not just diseases that burgers your life up.

If you really want kids, then go and adopt a WATFORD fan - saves all the nappy carp and sleepless nights etc etc:) Preferably one old enough to go to the bar all night and get the drinks in and has a well paid job.

I have three boys and have taken them all to a game or three and though my eldest likes watford he has chosen to support Liverpool, because he thinks gerrard is "really neat" lol
The twins are still young so havent made a choise yet but all of them like watford and will always have a place for them.

That's one of the funniest things you've ever written Jobby - pmla

Us old uns - have to look after our foreign contigent of fans, no one else will. It is amazing how quickly he has mastered the English language, still has to learn to dip his hand into that wallet of his. I wasn't sure why he carried a tube of super glue around until i saw him buy a pint for himself at the ground on tuesday, he took £3 out of his wallet and then glued the wallet back together. What a crafty Sock, ey?

She had a mouth the size of the Mersey tunnel I hate to think how big her     would have been. ;D ;D ;D

Birdy could have been lost for ever, you may have even need to try and rescue him by pulling him out via his boots.

Seriously I think I would be devastated if I ever had children and they didn't support watford, althoguh I guess not living in Watford, or anywhere near it I think it will be a lot harder to guide them in the correct way:eek:

My little 'uns mum won't let me take my girl to football anymore thanks to YOU lot.

It all went wrong when I took her to a match last season.

Before taking her in the pub I told her that whatever happened that day she was not to tell her mum anything!!

Took her in the Rookery where my St is and during the first half we got a decision against us, and started singing Marlon says 'You're a     '.

Not thinking she'd registered it we just carried on as normal.

As soon as we stepped through her mum's front door she says 'He took me in the pub at about 1 o'clock and Marlon says you're a     '

    I could have died!!
