Mine is Man City. I used to be a massive Man Utd fan, then I was hardcore Chelsea for a while, but now I support Man City. I supported them before they won the title so I'm not glory hunting. My uncle used to follow their games and he told me about them so I chose them as my team. I also keep an eye on Watford because they're my nearest club, but I don't support them as they'll never win anything.

Spot on. plus every other celeb seems to support Arsenal these days. Strangely i never minded them under George Graham back in the 90s when they were boring and only real Arsenal fans could support them. Now they attract most of the 'johnny come lately i've just got into this footy lark ya ya' brigade.
I so hope they become like Spurs used to be i.e mediocre mid table.
So because I look out for another clubs performances it makes me less of a Watford fan.. sigh, I have a ST, I sing, I always wear yellow to a game, sorry for being a bad fan

I always thought TheDon was a Liverpool fan.
Don't Mess With Texas

I and a few others here have a local team that is not part of the FA. It's pretty typical for non-English football fans to follow more than just your local team, but it doesn't really make sense that there be more than one 'favourite' in any given country.
If you don't have the experience of seeing your club, Watford, play against teams like Arsenal or Liverpool or Chelsea, I can see where one might be tempted to pick one from 'this league' and one from 'that'. However, WFC have played against all these teams and recently too.
Watford is the only English football club I hope to see succeed. I hope the Arsenal team bus knocks the United team bus off the edge of the cliffs of Dover before being crashed into by the debris from a midair collision of Man City's plane and Chelsea's plane. I hope the Newcastle training room gets infected with Ebola on the day they play Fulham. But that's just me.
Believe it or not, I really WAS there when Doyley scored.
Some people assume I think the world revolves around me, which, of course is complete and total nonsense, the world revolves around the sun which shines out of my arse...

THE FUTURE'S BRIGHT.THE FUTURE'S YELLOW.

I voted Chelsea. I was born in Chelsea so will always like them, a bit.
Next thing you know I'll be getting told off for supporting England National Football Team since they aren't Watford, tools

I support Brazil. Not the crap Brazil, but the sides which won world cups.

I think out of all those teams I've only actually seen Stoke play, but tbh the premiership is a bit meh to me. I was at Reading Uni and they seem to have a lot of Ex horns so it would be between these two.
Beer, because the world's problems can't be resolved over a white win spritzer
Take no notice Simmons, we've had threads like this in the past created by more established members which have not been criticised at all. It seems like a case of bandwagoning and picking on the new guy.
At no point have you said anything about supporting another team but which PL team you like most, nothing at all wrong with that.
I voted Everton, they have good support, an atmospheric stadium, a good manager, always seem to cause an upset and punch above their weight with limited funds.
I'm between jobs at the minute (garden leave) which is why I'm on here a lot, but my last job involved working around Europe. Over the years I've seen Barcelona and a host of top European teams play live. IMO nothing wrong with appreciating quality football.
I have never once been to a match that didn't have Watford v or vide versa. In fact it makes me shudder at the thought of 'wanting' a different club to do well, other than my own. I'm all yellow, and that's it. ( and no I'm not japanese) in fact, in so yellow, my man wee is yellow so this is the decisive factor as to why my boys came out looking like Bart Simpson.
"looking out for another team"
