Think we should all calm down and realise that none of us are actually qualified to comment on whether Dyche can do the job the Pozzo's have in mind, only the Pozzo's can! If they've deemed that man to be Zola then we should back him 100 percent and ten times over. In the granada takeover they bought in new people and look where they are!
And in regards to a soul; There is no such thing as a soul in a football club (in real terms), the 'soul' that is actually is in football is adaptable, look at city, there 'soul' was to be a club who would struggle to survive in the prem and then try to overpreform in the derbies v united, now their 'soul' is to compete with united in the league, but no one forgets the strife the club faced before!
As long as we keep what we are doing i.e the academy then our 'soul' remains intact, who cares if a few italians or spanish come in and use our academy, all the more exposure to us really.
Wait a minute,Bart's teacher is named Krabappel? Oh, I've been calling her Crandall. Why didn't someone tell me?.I've been making an idiot of myself!

Sean Dyche is trending on twitter.

The club still have not confirmed if Dyche is definitely leaving or not; is there any chance he might not be![]()
ZOLA POWERED

Dyche was the brains behind Malky's reign and showed this with his performance as a manager last season. The longer time went on the better Dyche was getting - he will be an asset wherever he ends up. Add to this the fact that it was Dychey who brought the youngsters through and knew the right time to blood them and when to rest them. Today is not a good day.
As for Zola, he basically does not know the Championship and there have beeen many big names who have failed simply because they did not appreciate what it takes to perform in this league. I fear the Pozzo's may have underestimated this as well.
In time I believe that things will work out OK but for the coming season I don't share the optimism of many on this board.
I think it's unfair on Sean and a shame that he's been a victim of circumstance. However I also believe that it may be a blessing for him; he gets to leave with a good reputation, a big pay-off and will probably find another job easily enough. If he'd had a difficult 2012/13 season then his stock would have fallen and he would been sacked eventually anyway. You get the feeling that the new owners were always going to want to put their own man in the job, so although it's harsh I think it's best that they do it now rather than Sean working under intense pressure for a few months only to be sacked at some point during the season. However I think he's a thoroughly decent man, managed the club extremely well and wouldn't begrudge him nicking a couple of results from us when we play whoever he manages next. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up and how he fares.

Harsh but as already said, the New owners can appoint who they want.
So, it's a new start and time to move on.
First Home match of the season (21st Aug - Ipswich) we should make sure it's clear we want to say Thank You to Sean and Welcome to GFZ.
