I hope dyche stays in some capacity
Surely it can't go wrong now...
Waiting for a Bas 'What can I do?' reply.

I would love the return of the stocks as a method of punishment.
I am a Hornet trapped in a man's body....
I can't help thinking that Dyche will be out of a job this time next week. He's done a good job this year but lets face it, he's unlikely to want to be a number 2 or coach youth/reserves here, when he will probably be picked up to manage elsewhere.
Good luck to him and welcome Zola.

Personally I think Zola is totally the wrong choice for manager at this time however I was against Dychey getting the job last year so I look forward to being proved wrong again.
Hysterically negative overreaction!
What will be more interesting is what playing staff are kept on. I would imagine a lot of players will be shown the door
It is a shame for him but Watford are now part of a wider football family. I imagine the owners will need everyone pulling in the same direction. Would Dyche even want to stay? Pozzo's have built up a scouting network the envy of most clubs, i imagine any new signings will come from this rather than players that Sean wants.

I'm not in the know at all but a reliable source told me Dyche will stay as manager with a 2 year target of promotion.

How long is imminent?
Hysterically negative overreaction!
I don't see the argument against Dyche staying on, unless the ability to speak Italian is truly considered an advantage. I don't see why it would be, looking at the way Granada operate: Spanish CEO, no Italian players.
We don't need Zola to attract players to the club. The draw for non-British players wouldn't be Watford anyway, it would be doing what they can to impress Udinese, in the hope of eventually getting a move to the likes of Milan or Juventus. If we were in the Premier League that might change, but how about we try and get there first, and then worry about our profile?

Zola / Dyche Dream Team is my prediction!!!

Personally I think Dyche WILL be retained for continuity purposes and his performance in his first season. The fact we're being bought by "football" people means that his achievements surely wont go unnoticed.
Back on topic, can someone please explain what imminent means..... I understand that it means "likely to happen at any moment" but is there someone out there that can give me a more precise time-scale?
Thank you in advance
