Yep. Although 3 points against Brighton, hull and cardiff still bodes well for the future. A good season has been had, considering we were 12/1 to get relegated at one point pre-season.

Just got back from the game, here's my views....think I'll sound a bit negative so I'll quickly say it's been a very good season taking everything into account and I think Dyche has had a great 1st season....the Brighton programme even suggested taking things into account we could be seen as "the team of the season"

Just looking at this game, I think maybe Dyche got it wrong, we were outplayed 1st half, overrun in midfield and down the wings and created little going forward. It would take a brave manager to change things when 2-0 up but it needed doing and didn't happen and based on good chances we could have lost comfortably tonight.

Kuszack was / is class and unfortunatley I can see a side like Brighton taking him on if not a Prem side.

Back 4 all did ok, but were done for pace and movement a bit too often

Midfiled played some nice neat football and kept possession well in periods but it rarely created anything.

Deeney ok, little off it. Big Chris did ok as well....but we will never push on with him in the side. I promise I'm not knocking him, I clapped him off, but he is so slow and when he controlled it tonight they just ran in front of him to take it from him.

Dyche played 4-4-2 when he recently suggested we moved from this with a lack of wingers, which showed. Failed to change things until 7 or so minutes to go.

Was good to be in the away crowd tonight though, so much better than the Vic for atmos.

Oh and lastly I'll get to say I've seen Sean Murray play live again, he is going to be a very good player

Fantastic first half, worked our socks off.

Got a bit lucky with dear 'buckles' header that hit the post.

2nd half and you could tell a goal was going. Had we held out for another 5/10 minutes we could have seen the win through. We still created chances though, just afraid to shoot at times!! Played some lovely football at times, Eusty and Hogg excellent and broke them down well. Deeney and Emu played brilliantly.

When Vicente came on they looked much more dangerous, just had too be Buckley to score the equaliser!

2 dropped points? Yes, definitely. But still a great performance and decent point.

One moan, last few weeks we have been poor defensively. Blackpool, Hull and today. Probs due to Mapps being unavailable but we just seem a bit fragile when players run at us, like those 3 teams mentioned have done.

MOM - Murray, fantastic from the young lad. Ran at players, great delivery, bamboozled the keeper, pray he'll still be here in a years time!! Got a big future.

EDIT - Ref was shocking once again, fell for it every time a brighton player fell to the floor.

    Barnes was a f***ing disgrace

Just back. Left our end with 5 minutes to go and sneaked into the North stand until the final whistle so as to be on the first train back to Brighton, then the fast Victoria train. Queues were starting to look bad as our train pulled out.

Otherwise what EB Hornet said. Bit disappointed with Nosworthy today, they ran around him like he wasn't there. Brighton appear to have 11 Ahsley Young's judging by the theatrics. It's not good and I'm surprised BHA fans put up with it.

Ground: Disappointed. West Stand is impressive, but the rest of it would look OK at Torquay. Noise from home fans is very good, when they want to be.

Chatted with quite a few Brighton fans going to and coming away from the game. To a man they were all great to talk to. One even said it's going to be 2-2, no question!

Overall a good away trip, but a Saturday next season would be nice.

Am I right in thinking they're filling in the corners this summer and adding another tier to the East Stand?

Yes, that's what Brighton fans told me on the Park N Ride bus.

Re the game, both sides would have felt they could have won that. BHA had loads of chances and TK is brilliant in a way I don't think Loachy ever will be. We went hunting in packs, which was great but hard to sustain over 90 mins.
Doyley and Dicko were great, the BHA theatrics less so.
Barnes should have been booked. El Grab, their No 6, should have had about three pens against him for wrestling in the pen area at corners, but the ref was blind to it.

Buaben should not be scared to shoot. We lacked a little in support of Chris and Troy. Hoggy and Eustace were really good.

I really don't like Bridcutt still.

a decent point, just a shame that we throw away a 2 goal lead.

Still achieving what we did last year is fantastic and definataly a step in the right direction

Murray knew it was going in as soon as he struck it judging by the way he ran after striking it !

The bend on that freekick was amazing....and he was so nonchalant after it, as if it was no surprise he scored it. Oh the arrogance of youth, I love it.
