It is all part of a plan to bring the Redbulls down from the inside, It started with Corey Hertzog and now will be complete

Beckham stays then. Good news for MLS.

Yeah, I suppose...milk that cow while you can!

I really wonder now what they'll do to follow His Royal Highness up with. Nothing can do for AEG and The Galaxy what Brand Beckham can. Dark clouds on the horizon, the MLS Cup was the eye of the storm.

Galaxy will play 1 celebrity in their starting line-up each week. Tom Cruise as the little fast guy up top. Kobe as the midfield dynamo, with Shaq as the big man in the middle. The list is endless.

Hoping Galaxy sign Lampard and pair him with Beckham to create the slowest midfield of all time.

Lampard...psh. It could happen but not for a year or two. Not excited. He's not a player I dislike, just not my idea of a player to build a team around. He's as we'll known here as Robbie Findley is in England.

Former Colorado Rapids boss Gary Smith is the new Stevenage boss. Was with our set up for a while apparently before joining Arsenal as a coach and then onto the USE due to Kronke's links.

Will he be a success back here lads?

I agree with Ben. He did well for Colorado, and his firing had more to do with injuries that resulted in a poor run of form. Not sure he deserved it. Now whether or not he'll be a success in jolly old, who knows?

New Galaxy kit. I wish the sponsor was real, but instead, the Herbalife deal is just about to expire. Even money for a renewal, but it definitely won't be Jameson...

    Thanks Smithy.

By the way, how about that MLS star playing for Everton, eh? I don't really give a fig about Everton, but it is interesting to see how lost that team is and then how much Donovan drives them forward just by being on the field.

    That's MLS for you...

Here is the future home of Lukey's Dynamo, due to be completed in May.

Portland signs Kris Boyd - late of some club in Turkey but mostly late of Rangers.

Houston had chased him hard, and Portland had to trade their #1 draft pick for his discovery rights, but Boyd just didn't want to go to the Lone Star State.

Sez Ives Galarcep: "Boyd had been in talks with the Houston Dynamo, but concerns about the heat in Texas, which can be brutal in the summer, ultimately led Boyd to pass on a move there before he eventually reached a deal with the Timbers."

I guess a man should know his limits.

Might have helped him lose a few vital pounds though.

The new stadium is starting to come together now. I think it will be an excellent venue and great for the the Dynamo to finally have their own home. Funnily enough, it wouldn't surprise me to see a reversal of the deal with University of Houston after this season, and find the Cougars sharing the venue for a while. Robertson Stadium is due to be demolished December 2012 and rebuilt over the following year, leaving the UH Football team without a home. Although I think Rice are supposed to be playing Football games at the new Dynamo stadium, so perhaps not.

It's exciting times for the Orange.
