We'll be all but relegated by Christmas if Dyche doesn't go very soon. Unfortunately, as much as the majority of us are willing him to p*ss off now, I think we all know he's just not going to sacked.

He definitely wont be sacked until at least december i would guess. Having said that, things may well have turned by then

Do you honestly believe Dyche can still turn it around?

I never understand how much of what happens on the pitch is down to the manager and how much is the players not doing themselves justice.

I'm sure Dyche is a nice guy and a great coach but he's not a manager yet (if ever). I would like to see him remain on the coaching staff but he should be sacked now or at the latest if we haven't won either of our next two games. Bas made a mistake appointing him and he should stand up, accept his mistakes and rectify them before it's too late.

The manager picks the team, the manager dictates the style of play, the manager picks the tactics, the manager motivates the team, the manager changes formations, the manager gives the teamtalk, the manager makes substitutions, the manager instructs players...

If the manager's no good, all of the above are crap...

The players will play for him if they can see what he is trying to works bit like us fans if we can see what he is doing is not working then the players must feel the same. they have to
believe in him and i dont think they do. i think he has lost the dressing room...
towards the end of last season we were losing games but at least we were playing football

I think players have to take responability for their own performances and motivation (I find it hard any well paid footballer would need somebody to do that for them..) but there is no doubt as Gags says the manager lives by his signings and tactics..

On a one off basis, I can see your point, but over 12 games, if a manager isn't capable of changing what's happening on the pitch, then he's made himself redundant.

I'm not saying he definitely well but i think similar comments were made about Malky at certain points. What i find it hard to understand is what they do on the training pitch and what dyche says in the dressing room to lead the players to play like that

Really, they were not anything special from where I was sat and both goals were preventable but at least they tried to create chances whereas we seemed to want to pass and pass rather than be decisive around the area.

Put the ball in the middle or have a shot and see what happens. It was totally out of the blue when Hogg had the shot well saved late on especially as he was outside the box when he hit it! More like that may see us actually add to this seasons meagre goal tally.

Well I am sure you will not argue that on paper they are the superior side !
