If you look at the above link, cant understand why Dyches odds are missing from the odds? Can the bookies do that?
Not a betting expert but this cant be right, can anyone who knows a bit more give a logical explanation?

He has never been on the relegation odds. He wasn't on them in July, he isn't on them now. I don't know why, maybe they don't know enough about him.
