I don't know how easy it would be to implement, but I was thinking that it would be great to have a 'thumbs up' and 'thumbs down' under everyone's comments. If you like it, you give it a thumbs up, if you don't like it, thumbs down. Just like youtube. It would be easier than replying with an 'I agree - clap clap'.

We did have a post rating thingy in version 1 but tbh it wasn't massively used. but certainly we can look at stuff liek this once everyone is happy with the look and feel and all the original functionality is back.

So what do you think Hornmeister? Would it still be possible to implement this?

Not sure if it's something the forum could sort out but sometimes when I click on an advert it opens a new tab for about half a second then it closes again, and instead of being able to right click on it to open a new tab or open in a new window it's got the play/loop options instead?

Not looking likely at the mo. We are restricted to options available in the forum software or have to add in an application. Not sure one exists, if it does would it be any better or more used than the star system?

Sounds like you've got a quicktime/itunes or flash application that sees it as a movie and is trying to take over the management of it.

If you're using Firefox or other browser which allows add in & extensions, try having a look through to see if disabling any of them helps.

I have ad-block, a very useful add-in, but disabled for the good of these forums in terms of advert clicking capabilities

Yeh I run adblock and adblock plus but i've disabled them for this domain.

Might fire up the desktop tomorrow. Modding is a oasin in the harris on the tablet.
