FFS who put that stupid release clause in!![]()
Even if it is, I believe that the clause only allows DG to speak to clubs that put in that size of bid!!!
I do not think it means we have to accept a bid of that amount!!!

Is there a clause? It's only ever been speculated about on here.

Have you not heard of Santa![]()

the clause is pure speculation. West brom's bid is another opening gambit i guess. with so much competition for Danny the price has got to go north of 4 mill.

Agree with Berks.

They haven't bid anything FFS - is the phrase 'pondering a move' the bit that's confusing everyone?
God help us, does anyone here actually speak English?
Hello?
(And why can't I find a picture of The Ponderers?)

We have already rejected QPR's bid for £2.5m, so there is no clause!
Honestly.

Loach is rubbish! Boooo!

Danny Graham is not necessarily going to leave this week or next month no matter who he is linked with. He has plenty of time to consider all options and it's still only May. At some point between now and August 31st he will probably leave but if he does choose to take his time then there will be all sorts of press/media speculation over the next few weeks. Just get used to it. At 25 he will view his next move to be a crucial one in order to make the most of his career so I don't think he is in any rush. I certainly wouldn't be!
Having said that if he is still with us on September 1st then he and the ever improving Marvin Sordell will score a silly number of goals for us. Just dreaming!

QPR's bid was based around if they stayed up etc..if WBA offer a striaght deal with cash up front in one go the board would probably consider it sadly.
However IF there isn't any clause there there is no reason to take the money straight away.

What are you dribbling on about?
You read it on here, because someone posted it on some other crappy little board that you post the EXACT same comments on, because they heard that someone else had written it on another board, after someone said it to someone they play roller hockey with, after he heard it from someone who eats crayons - so it's true - that's what you're saying?

To a point you are right..somebody (not a Watford fan) did post it elsewhere (not on a Watford only forum) but if you know better fair enough.

Ofcourse its all hearsay...Eustace was supposed to have signed for Derby 2 weeks according to some.

He has definitely got a 2.5m release clause.
