Watford will struggle to keep graham, loach and cowie. Graham will leave for west ham or qpr for £6million, Cowie will go to blackpool for £2.5million and loach will be gone to newly promoted norwich but watford will pay the fee off £500k. On the other hand in a mad panic of cash inflow mackay will sign for west ham, dyche will loan david beckham and keep ellington on a £25k a week new deal for his efforts at watford

You really are quite up yourself aren't you? As stated on the other thread about Hendo where you tried getting a dig in, the rumour of it happening is not based at all on when his contract ends. It is based on a conversation that has taken place. My assumption that his contract finishes this summer aided it, the fact that he has another year left does nothing to suggest the transfer won't be discussed further.

I have been reliably informed that Beckham will join Watford when his contract at LA Galaxy expires in January 2012.

EDIT: His contract with LA Galaxy actually expires in June 2011.

DOUBLE EDIT: His contract expires after the MLS Playoffs in November 2011.

Manager Gary Brabin was quoted on BBC 3 Counties Radio as saying "We all want Skumm to come here, the squad will have to respond and rise to the level of Skumm if we make it to League 2".
