It was superb. It was the first world cup game any of us had been to so we were like kids in a sweet shop. Atmosphere was unbelievable. We originally sat with the Japanese fans, (who seem to like screaming when the ball gets near the goal), but saw some empty seats in the Aussie end so we moved over there. Chatted with loads of aussies during the match and they sure do know their football, and to make the perfect game they got 3 late goals to p1ss off the Japs. Perfect day made even better when a guy dressed up like Steve Irwin jumped into a Kaiserslauten pond and started wrestling with a rubber croc!
