Given that the period of time the stats are taken from spans different ownership, different managers, different players, and different leagues, I'm not really sure what useful thing you can even conclude. Vicarage road is cursed? It's the fans fault? The water in Watford does something to the players? Without looking at other clubs of similar stature you can't even say that the trend is exceptional.
I didn't see that but noticed that more than one muff fan one was going out of their way to wind up the home support. It would also be useful to see how we compare in away games, as if it evens out, which this data gives us no way of telling, then it may be that there is a trend for away teams to score more late goals. Good stats, but with nothing to compare them too, they are just fuel to depress oneself with. You might encourage your friend to complete the job, which will, likely as not provide him with a stronger argument, but at the moment, statistically, the data only tells us we score less late goals than other teams at the Vic.
