Clears the air and restores the status quo. Alternately Okaka may be crap and gobby in training, like you say I don't know what happened and I guess neither do any of those defending him either.
The bar is low but the control under pressure, turn and pass inside the full back that led to the goal against Swansea was the best bit of centre forward link up play we've seen all season. He clearly can't last a whole game (he was good in the first 15-20 minutes of each half before fading) but when's he's been on the pitch he's been better than the other two options this season. He's a bit crap, but he's just a bit less crap than the others.

You have a perfectly good opinion, and frankly, you may not be that far from the truth of the matter - who knows. But why insist on supporting it by denying what everyone else can see for themselves, and have been discussing for the last month or so? Okaka not being played despite being minute for minute and goals per minute our most effective striker, does not prove Silva has been fair to him; but without being explicit about the cause, it does indicate that there is an issue between the two of them (of whatever nature), which Silva has confirmed, and it is fair for fans to speculate that the situation may have been detrimental to the team's performances that the coach has taken that stance on the matter. Different opinions are excellent, but denying what everyone can see for themselves, even if you place no value on it, undermines your opinion, and invites rancor by, as you did above, refuting everything that people have carefully described and discussed as if it was never said. You know what people have said, you know what the evidence is and where it is. By all means disagree with the conclusions, but please don't just dismiss everyone else's opinions as if they were never explained .

But I haven’t refuted anything that anyone has said that is reasonable? I have openly admitted that he didn’t deserve to get dropped after the opening day against Liverpool. I have openly admitted that he was a big positive in turning the game around against Leicester. I have openly admitted that he deserved to therefore start against Swansea. But irrefutably, it has been said by Silva that there was an issue with Okaka that everyone at the club knows about and that is why he wasn’t playing. We don’t know what it is. But it has been openly referenced. So if there is a known issue, everyone knows about it, then I just cannot see anywhere in this where Okaka has been treated unfairly. I agree, if Okaka was a 20-PL goals a season striker, I may wish that Silva would suck it up and play him. But he isn’t. So I back the manager on this one. I have no problem with you backing Okaka.
When you asked where is the evidence, I was not saying he had been treated unfairly, I was saying that I believed we could have beneffitted from Silva being more inclusive with Okaka. From your post above, it appears you agree with that to some extent or other. I was not saying Okaka was being treated unfairly, just that I felt the team could possibly have benefitted from his inclusion, and that I felt Silva was being stubborn, expressing a fair conclusion based on the situation you yourself describe above. I am afraid you are having the wrong argument. I may suspect Okaka is being treated unfairly, but that is a long way away from the point I was making, which you seem to have some understanding of.
My apologies, it was someone else who said he had been treated poorly and my response was more aimed in that direction!
Can't understand why he is not playing on a regular basis for us, and definitely don't understand why we want rid of him

Okaka leaving? Good god, he ain't great, but he gives me hope each time he plays. Can only mean either that the Priory have broken the Success Baileys problem Or we are getting a proper forward in.
Misplaced hope. He’s a bulldozer with the occasional Cryuff turn. He not much worse than what we have but he’s no better for sure. I just want us to sign a striker that we can all unite behind who doesn’t divide opinion with fans.
