I confess I went tl;dr on it. Interestingly the most recent forum posts on Howe refer to Sir Geoffrey rather than Saint Eddie.
On how many football fora would that be the case? Geoffrey > Eddie. Cue the tsunami of Thatcherites to Reddit.
Encyclopaedic knowledge of Howes. From Old Norse, Howe means hill. From Old English, Howe means hollow.
Interesting read, best bit was they still have 5 or 6 players from league one still turning out for them. Obviously they have had the russian money to help them get where they are but having the money and turning into results on the pitch are two completely different things. I like the way Bournemouth play and if they do get a European place I can see Howe going to a big club next season especially if Poch goes back to Spain.
