Agreed and furthermore ensure that the list is up as early as possible in the week. Monday preferably but certainly no later than Wednesday.
Meister had it right previous to this season's fiasco by posting mid week games at the same time as the previous weekends. We got through the altogether busier Championship that way with nary a hiccup.
I like the midweek ones as something else to look at during the week. As Godfather says, if there is a midweek fixture list the following week, then it can be included in the post for the weekend game. Getting the games up early each week is easy enough for me at the moment so should be no issues. I know it's nice to keep it structured but to be honest it really doesn't matter who puts them up. If there is nothing up by the end of Tuesday for any reason then there's nothing stopping anyone from just chucking 5 games into the mix.
It's well beyond my capability but I'm sure a half decent coder could make light work of automising everything so only the results need inputting OR (and here's the clever bit) linking it directly to a feed or results publishing site to be fully automatic. I reckon it's something my brother would have taken half an hour to sort out but unfortunately he's no longer with us.
It really only takes about 5-10 minutes to update so it's not much trouble doing it manually. So, after day 1's first 2 games, some good scoring all round. Extra special mentions to Dreadnought and Manatleisure for a perfect 20! So here are the current week 24 scores: And the top of the table as it stands:
So not a great amount of change at the top yesterday with the 2 results both going with form and only Grrwood and Otter getting any result exactly right, making little difference to the leading 15 who mostly all scored the same 10 points for correct results. Tonight, as expected, pretty much everyone has gone for an away win with the top 2 selecting the exact same score of 0-4 so there will be no change there. I’ve gone for 1-3 in third, Tiede1 has 1-5 in fourth. And Manatleisure is going for a 1-5 six goal thriller. Below that is a 20 point gap and no one else will make up more than a 5 point gap this weekend… but there’s still a lot of games to go with 13 league matches and a few cup weekends on top. Update. With KnightGT, wfcforever and myself all scoring 27 points this week there is no change at the top, but Teide1 and Manatleisure have had shockers and fallen back. Plenty of time! Update - Week 27: Cracking week for TVOR scoring a massive 32 points. wfcforver had fallen back but played a blinder tonight getting the result spot on and pulling themselves back into strong contention. Scores update. All change at the top with wfc4ever now taking top spot but a special mention to KnightGT with some amazing foresight who unbelievably predicted a Palace win against all the odds! I've corrected Manatleisure and CaveManHornet;s scores as they were wrong due to Spurs only winning 4-0 and not 5-0. Otts, I've checked yours and they seem ok. Let me know where you think they are wrong and I'll correct.

I think some predictions may have been lost, scores are missing for some weeks like 36 for me. Thanks for doing this though
something does look wrong I've picked the correct scores each week, it seems that the teams have scored the wrong amount I don't see how I should suffer because of this
Ok, fixed the images now. Usual uploading site tinypic is having issues so used Lookpic.com. Images are tiny for some reason but seem just about readable! Meister or anyone - Can I upload images direct to the new site from my PC now or is it still the usual way? Timbers, a few scores were lost on the original week 35/36 thread so I had to re-post it. I don't think there is any way of getting them back. Sorry!
Well thats the last week done and dusted, now that the Champions league Final result is in. I have kind of lost track of everything since the recent Forum Crash, but hopefully the games master hasn't, and he will be posting the final table soon. Looking forward to seeing how everything has finished, as I have had a few good results over recent weeks including this last one, so hopefully I have moved up the league a fair bit. However I don't think I have done enough to bother the top three places, but it will be nice to see just how well I have done.
