Looks like he might be going back to Italy...............No loss really never given a chance

Return to Italy possible for Ignacio Pussetto. The Argentinian striker, born in 1995, according to the TMW editorial team, is in fact close to returning to Udinese. To push in this direction, two factors: the relegation of the English club, owned by the Pozzo family like the Friulian one, as well as the approval of the Juventus coach Luca Gotti, who has already expressed his appreciation for the boy, in Udine from 2018 to January 2020.

out of all the duds, this is the one that bothered me most I think. Just bringing in a striker who could have scored 1 or 2 goals could have kept us up. Instead of that we got this hapless terd.

If we'd have resigned okaka instead of pussetto we'd still be a premier league team.

Well.....I did actually like him and I think he has some quality, but he's not a Premier League player. However, we're no longer a Premier League team, so I think the drop drop in a league could be good for him.

It would surprise me if he does go though. I mean, it's so fragile that we're going to keep both Sarr and Deulofeu, maybe both will be gone by the close of the window. He's maybe not the best first choice option, but he'll be useful to us. Seems to have a nice delivery from set pieces too, which we do not have an abundance of from elsewhere in the squad.

Best memory of him was the last ditch clearance against Spurs. 11mm wasn't it? Without him, we'd have probably gone down with just 33 points. So, he did make a vital impact.

However, with all that said, it's any easy deal and a quick £7m in the bank. Surely they wouldn't sell him if Sarr and Geri were going.....would they?

See you later! Good clearance off the line but that was about it.

Hopefully we'll "sell" him back to them for twice what we bought him.

Ha ! You can be TOO suspicious you know. Next you'll be questioning the £50m fee, or the £100m insurable value and abilities of the butcher from Ealing who's been thrown £50 to fly him over the channel at 2am Friday night.

  10. We don’t need to sell our ground to clear EFL FFP we just move a few players around.

Spent the majority of his playing career to date as a second striker type figure, only when he was shipped here did he get forced to pretend he was a wide player and that's why he wasn't getting in the team.

The clearance of the line was brilliant, but he’s a striker, so shouldn’t have been there and if he can’t obey simple instructions he can sling his hook.

I wouldn't say no to that. Udinese employed him centrally and wide, plus a few times at wingback. He's capable of bringing some energy to the team. But it's all dependent on how he has us lined up.

It’s a sign of how bad the team was last year that I am actually excited about seeing Ken play again. At least he’s got some urgency about him.

I'd have liked to seen him be given a chance in the Championship, can't fault him too much since he hardly got a look in here. Unless he was completely turd in training. Shame really.

Was a really strange transfer in the first place. Aside from his goal line clearance against Spurs, I can't think of a single appearance he has made for us.

No doubt Pearson potentially didn't really fancy him and that proved to be a sore point in his relationship with Pozzos,Giraldi and co.

From the little I've seen of him, I wonder if he's too lightweight for English football. Wouldn't be too much of a miss in and of itself, although let's see who else in those positions leaves. Sema can plug a lot of holes tbf and I fancy he'll be a good Championship player

With our complete lack of trophies with any significant meaning there is one hole Uncle Ken can help us fill. The days of prestige and honours will be ours if he can plug the glory hole.

Another forward brought in who is at his best playing in a strike partnership, while we bring in coaches who play lone striker systems and wonder why they don't fit in.

Not seen enough of the fella to comment tbf. If he has to go fair enough. Gives more opportunities to the younger guys to make a name. Or they're looking at someone who is more than capable of filling his role. For instance Jed Wallace at Millwall had an excellent season double figures in goals and assists for roughly the same money.

Really?! The few times he came on he seemed incapable of running beyond a man or even getting out of his own half. He appeared like a lightweight version of a useless defensive winger like Amrabat.

No surprise Pearson or Mullins didn't care for him. Was probably signed as Pozzo tax shenanigans.

9 goals in 26 starts on the right of a 3 in the PL is pretty good going. He just turned 29 and is in really good shape. Burnley fans seem to rate him. I think he could easily do a job in the champo.

A pointless shuffling of assets, very much in the Layun mold of player, in the little time he did play he looked far too light weight and like a rabbit in headlights, as a player he can be pretty much summed up as follows:

He was only given a few minutes in over six months in a team where every player was under-performing. What on earth do you expect? This inclination some Watford fans have for slagging off or writing off players because they don't immediately shine in their first few minutes on the pitch, is never a good sign for potential arrivals.
