Good reputation, tactician, worked with limited squads before. Gives us a good chance of staying up this year, and if the worst happens and we go down, he's managed in Championship before and may stick around to get us back up.

Just can't see us buying him out of a contract with a chinese team that still has 2 years left to run on it. On top of that I read the club he is at spent £200m on a new training facility and allowed him to bring in over 20 coaches to work across all age groups as he has really stressed in interviews he wants to improve the club long term. So to prize him away 5 months after he joined seems a massive task.

 

It doesn't matter who we get. Unless by some miracle the owners splash the cash on a world class centre back, left back, right back, and striker in January, who would actually be happy to play for this club, I can't see us escaping the relegation.
