Something must have happened in the summer of 2016, because we went from having one of the best injury records in the country to suddenly having one of the worst

 

Some of the high-profile injuries we've had have been horrible luck, such as the Deulofeu sliding doors moment, but at the same time, I wonder if it is actually just bad luck? If we had done something different away from the pitch, would things have ended up differently? The TDB injury at Reading when he inexplicably was allowed to carry on even when us fans could clearly tell his knee was ****ed was a particular low point

Yet still we have people saying they want Gino to stay as long as he learns lessons.

The man has either learned nothing in 5 years or he is deliberately sabotaging our club. Either way he needs to go.

The sample size over 5 yeaea for injuries and recovery times is enough to indicate there's a significant problem. Poor preseason preparation, unsuitable training sessions, poor fitness and conditioning, signing players with a predisposition for injuries - all possibilities but the fact is there's a problem and it has not been improved, let alone solved.

 

Has anyone ever resigned / walked out in the Pozzo era? I know people have been daydreaming about a head coach handing in a shock resignation, blowing the lid off the whole sideshow and bringing the house of cards down, but it’s never happened yet.

 

Hopefully Pozzo refuses to hire D!cks and Bilic tells him where to go.

 

Surely they would have talked about this before Bilic signed ? Presume the only question over D1cks is whether he’s prepared to leave a job(?) and come here for 3 months before he’s fired ?
If not, well, a change in coach is long overdue.

Duxbury told us that when looking at putting together the teams behind the coach, they would only be hiring ‘best in class’.

Nah, this is just bad luck.

 

Perhaps it wasn’t a very big “Basic physiotherapy for beginners” class that he chose from ?

 

They are the best in class, it just happened to be the remedial class
