He's very very fast. But personally don't get the hype around him. But if Silva has seen enough about him it's good enough for me.

 

Gonna be a difficult player to buy for anyone interested, as Liverpool overpaid so much initially, they won't want to sell him at his actual market value

 

Would much rather have grosicki for probably a cheaper price and who has proven quality. Markovic would be a gamble but if the price is right he could be a gamble worth taking

Please give a detailed and educated response as to why you believe Markovic would be a better signing than Ince...

 

Would be a decent addition for us, but as everyone has already stated no way are we paying anywhere near what Liverpool paid for him. He's worth between £8mil-£12mil max. He does have a great amount of pace which we are severely lacking. His touch can let him down but normally he still gets to the ball because he is so quick but then either gets tackled or has to try pass it straight away. If he can sort his first touch out that would improve his game a lot. With him and Success on the wings, we would make a lot of teams nervous about getting done on the counter.

 

Agreed worth a punt - I would say £12m is a fair price .... Liverpool should drop the price for us as they still owe us for Barnes !!!

He's a great talent, and has pace which we are sorely lacking.

A bit like Niang but works harder, and has worked with Silva for a year who clearly likes him.

No way can we afford to pay 20 for him though, unless it is in instalments based on good performance.

Ince isn't even as threatening as Vydra was here and we deemed him not good enough.

He's a lazy, arrogant ***** who lived off his dads name to possibly move to inter or Monaco before realising he wouldn't hack it, so joined hull in the prem... before being loaned out and sold. Not good enough.

Thats fine, I can accept a differing point of view. Although likening to Vydra? They play in different positions. The point I was making was that I can't understand people saying they would rather Markovic, who seemingly would cost more and hasn't't achieved as much in the English game.

But its all a moot point as Ince was only a suggestion on my part, theres no reports of it anywhere. Indeed Huddersfield have had a £7m bid rejected and I wouldn't even pay that.
